Onehour was able to get a technician out the next day, and was able to fix the issue within a couple of hours. Sam seemed to be very knowledgeable and helped walk through everything he did.
Can’t recommend this company enough. They’ve been to our place 3 times in the last 3 weeks (consult, install, and now cleaning) and a different squad has shown up every time. Each one is just as professional as the other. They’re amazing.

Overall great experience. Our AC went out Sunday night and we knew it wasn't an easy fix. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We signed up for their service plan and will be a loyal customer based on this experience

Highly recommend this company as they FAR exceeded my expectations. I originally scheduled service for the next day and they reached out to let me know they had availability that evening, which my family and I were greatful for as our AC wasnt working and the house was extremely hot. My technician, Xavier, was at the house within 30 minutes and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy with the service!

Sam was great! I was impressed by how quickly they came out. He explained everything and answered questions. Fixed our issues and was so respectful of our home with the protective covers and gave us his cell number if we needed anything. Great experience.
The tech came out to my home on time, actually early and performed a good cleaning job on my AC/Heater pump. While he was in there he noticed some things that were about to die on the unit and told me about their program to pay monthly and get two cleanings a year with the subscription. I ended up doing that and he also recommended a dehumidifier to help with cooling the home and not push the system so hard. In all it was a very good experience and if anyone is wanting quality work then they should call this company.

Working on replacing both units on our home. Sam gave me 4 options to replace & finance our new units. Will be installed tomorrow. Looking forward to the great customer service we have received over our last 20 years as a customer.
