Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling installed the entire HVAC in our home when it was built in 2016 and we have had them return yearly on preventive maintenance. They are a 1st class professional company that is focused on taking care of their customer. Their employees are always polite and professional. When things go wrong with the system we know that Mike Bryant will be timely responsive and fair on the cost if not covered by warranty.
Recently Bryant Heating and Air installed the Lennox PurAir system in our home and it has changed our new home significantly. Since all new homes are significantly air tight which can be good and bad. The bad is, the air becomes contaminated due to lack of new air not allowed from the outside. This produces major health problems including bacteria, viruses, odors from cooking and manufacturing materials that give off chemical concoctions that can irritate your lungs and other nasal problems. This system has a hospital MERV 16 grade air filtration with a (carbon filter removing odors) and UV light that kills the viruses and Bacteria. The results have been amazing. We now have a comfortable environment! It’s great! They are a outstanding team of knowledgeable technicians and will provide you professional service. We are satisfied customers.

Mike Bryant heating and cooling has never failed me. I've used them for Hvac problems 4 times and had them install ductwork. They even answered the phone on a Saturday and the technician was at my house in less than an hour. Their fees have always been reasonable and their staff have always been very knowledgeable.
The Mike Bryant team did a fantastic job. For the scale of investment in a full system, it is a good day when you feel confident in the quality and your choice in a company. I will use them again!
The Mike Bryant Team has been very professional, informative and fair in price for service provided. They are through in checking all aspects to ensure everything is in good working order before departing and have even reached out on one occasion to ensure my system was functioning properly after a few days. I can’t remember when I’ve received customer service any better! They offer many services and will schedule the service expert appropriate for the job!

My furnace went out during the coldest days in March. Due to the age of my furnace and AC units I decided to replace both units. They were able to install both units within a day. All persons whom I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them for maintenance.

Heat stopped working during the middle of the night. Called and got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours. I am clueless with HVAC and could have been told i needed an entire new furnace. Nope, just needed a new ignitor and pressure switch. thank you Travis for the discovery and quick work! Will certainly use again and recommend to others.
We have had issues with our heat for the last month and a half, and have had multiple technicians come out to try and fix the problem. Loni was the technician to come out on our 5th try, and he dug in and found a problem that everyone else had missed and we finally have a warm house again!! We are so grateful to him for being so thorough and reliable (he was also here a couple years ago and fixed a minor problem).
