SCAM COMPANY... had to take them to collections to get my money back on parts that were never shipped to me. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES OR RETURNS EMAILS.

Get your parts from another supplier. I placed a order beginning of October, its end of November now. They failed to return 4 voicemails, 4 emails. Placed case with PayPal and they refuse to respond to PayPal to release refund. This place is a sham and is not what they say they are. STAY AWAY n give your money to someone who is gratefull for your money.
Zero stars. This must be a scam company. I ordered a part, they charged me for the part and never sent it to us. I have emailed and called several times. We have never had an issue ordering parts online like this before. We had to turn this over to our credit card company. If you want to get what you order DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
warning!!!! do not use this company they will rip you off! do some research and you'll see they are a scam.. they stole over $1300 from me.
NOT worthy of the one star rating!!! I ordered an inducer motor for a furnace on 10/14/19 it is now 10/31/19 & I have yet to receive the part and according to their website, the order is still being PROCESSED. I have called multiple times, sent emails & left voicemails but NO ONE has contacted me in response to any of them. However there was NO delay in processing my payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
Same issue as many others. It has been over a week since I ordered the part. Emails requesting shipping status have gone unanswered and phone calls go to voice mail.
Ordered parts over a week ago and have not heard a single word from these people. No order confirmation email, no shipping email, no answer for the phone numbers listed on Google, Facebook and Yelp, absolutely nothing. If they are no longer doing business then why are they still taking orders AND taking the money for parts they don’t ever intend on shipping...? The payment cleared my bank the day after ordering. Over a week later and I still have NOTHING. No parts, no emails, no answer on the phone, nothing. My bank cant even get a hold of them. But what I do have is a very impatient customer. Reported this business as FRAUD and in the process of getting our money back. Do NOT order from this website.
Great Price. (lower than anyone else other incl Amazon). Part arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This was a heavy and relatively expensive part (blower motor with electronic control module) so I was really happy to receive it in just 1 day (though I only paid for standard shipping). And, the price they offered saved me hundreds of dollars. Have their site bookmarked in case we need anything else for our furnace / AC.
Had the part I was looking for and were very prompt in making the transaction but took them a week to ship it and may not have shipped it unless I followed up for a tracking number. For Canadians: Do not pay for additional shipping via UPS ground. Still took a week to arrive.
Professional and patient customer service helping me find the correct fan module which was shipped out of state and received in less than 2 days. Will definitely use them again!
He promptly returned my call and had the exact part I needed. Price was slightly higher than I could get on Amazon, but he was able to get it to me the same day, which was more than worth the few bucks extra. Now we have cold air blowing in our house and didn’t have to pay a repairman an exorbitant amount! A+, would recommend!
Similar experience, they haven't shipped my part , they responded to my first email claiming they had to order it from the factory and it would "Ship tomorrow", and nothing in 3 weeks. They haven't responded to two subsequent emails from me, nor an addition query through PayPal.
The inducer motor and igniter went out on my furnace Sunday night and since the lows are in the high teens i needed the parts immediately. I saw that Midwest HVAC was local and contacted them the next morning. They had the motor in stock and said they had to check on the igniter. Steve returned my call within 5 minutes said he found an igniter and had me stop by and pick them up a couple hours later. The parts were correct and were priced below sears which was quoting me 10 days for delivery.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RETAILER Weird and unfriendly customer service. Didn't ship the part in time. Paid for overnight - got 5 days later. Not worth it. You can get a better price just about anywhere else.
I ordered a Honeywell Relay from this business and confirmed with Jeff if that didnt end up being the part, he would take it back. Once the part arrived, it was not the correct part. Once I contacted the company letting them know it wasnt the right part, they were only willing to give me 75% of the cost back. I returned the part to them and till this day they have not refunded me my money. I have called them, emailed them, and no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
