Thorough inspection and follow-up. I always know when he is heading to the appointment and know that it will be repaired correctly.
I’ve used Jack Harrison for almost two years at my restaurant. And home. They have always done EXACTLY what is needed…and quickly for me. I would feel great about recommending them to anyone.
Just bought home that needed new heating and a/c. Mark communicated very well and was patient throughout the whole process. His guys were top notch during the installation. Would definitely recommend!
We can not reccomend Jack Harrison Heating and Cooling enough! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and courteous when helping us with our broken air conditioner. The entire company was friendly and experienced. Not only did they come out with a diagnosis and estimate for a replacement the day we called, they also completed the work within a week. They also fixed line problems from a previous install by the prior company (who gave a quote for twice as much for this job) and made our heater more efficient. Thank you so much to Mark and his team!

Mark always does a great job and a fair job. We first met him on a weekend night when we had no heat. Mark came right out and we have used the JH maintenance plan ever since. I always get an email with my technician’s picture when they are on their way. They are always on time. I would not hesitate to leave my keys with Mark. Laura is very responsive if you have a question or need to reschedule an appointment. Great company, great people!

Mark was fantastic! He got us scheduled quickly and helped us when we found out we needed a new heater. He gave us a great price and installed the very next day so that we would have heat quickly before it got way too cold. We highly recommend him and his company!

Mark Wingren of Jack Harrison HVAC was quick to answer our need for HVAC assessment when all the smoke/CO detectors kept going off in a house I had listed for sale. He made a service call on a Sat. morning! He was very thorough and helpful and his prices are very reasonable.
