We’ve been a member of Davenport’s VIP program for almost 10 years. It is money well spent and we never have to worry about remembering to schedule or bi-yearly check ups. The Davenport staff gives us a phone call twice a year to set up our appointments and we never have to remember to call! We have had a lot of great technicians come to our house and today was no different! Toby was our technician this morning and he was so friendly and helpful! We can’t say enough positive things about this great company!
Mark and his team are professional, courteous, personable, and reliable. They take ownership of their work, and are willing explain issues and processes thoroughly. The office personnel reflect these same high qualities, too. Davenport Service Company is a winner!
Chris from Davenport serviced my A/C unit. He was very professional, informative and friendly. I have been using Davenport Furnace and A/C Service since 1989, and have always had positive experiences. My heating and cooling unit is running great! They are highly recommended by me. Peter B
We received our bi-annual VIP system maintenance today. Always a pleasure to have such friendly and personable service reps. We have used Davenport for years, at two different homes we have lived in. 5 stars all the way.
This was my 1st experience with Davenport Services and I was 100% totally impressed with their technician, Toby Wilson. He inspected both my indoor & outdoor AC unit and taught me some things that I had no idea before of the things that I could do. His knowledge was deeply appreciated. I give them a 5+ star review and will have them back in the fall to tune-up my heating system.

Always had great experiences with Davenport. Quinten helped us during the last service visit, even going as far as teaching us about how the system is set up to better route air through the house. Would recommend 100% of the time.
Quinton was my tech and he was excellent!! Great customer service and he knew what he was doing! He was able to figure out problem with my unit and help me get it replaced.
AC quit working on Saturday night contacted them on Sunday morning and the tech had it back working by noon. The tech was great he explained the options available and got everything taken care of.
This is the best heating/cooling outfit in KC--no question! They show up when they say, explain everything they're doing and subsequently what they found, and are always completely professional. But the peace of mind knowing you aren't getting sold a bill of goods or taken for a ride is what truly separates Davenport. It's your castle, you deserve the best. They charged 3000$ for installing new sump pump ( main and backup sump pump).. 400$ Backup sump pump is sold for 1900$ including labor.. their VIP service is a waste as they don’t check the sump pump and other systems..

Mark Davenport and his company have taken care of our HVAC systems since we bought our first home in 1978. They have always done amazing work so we’ve recommended them to everyone we know. I sell real estate and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my clients. The only thing that puzzles me is that I’ve gotten old but somehow Mark looks no different than he did when I met him for the first time. 🤔 Use Davenport HVAC and you’ll never be disappointed.
