Sean is awesome! Been helping my family for years! Called him on a Sunday with no A/C and he responded and came out the very next morning! Very professional and very reasonably priced! He not only came and saved my A/C he came to my in-laws and looked at there’s too! Awesome guy and awesome service! 5 stars isn’t enough he needs 50 stars! They were referred to us by our daughter, who was amazed on how much she saved from the large companies. We needed our AC replaced but we threw in the furnace based on a great price! Both installed in half a day and were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Shawn has helped us out more than once but this last time he ended up having to come out twice (and only charged one service call) because Rheem hadn't sent all that was required plus he was practically on call as we waited for parts and made himself available to us at a moment's notice. We are so happy with his service and grateful to now have hot water!
I called Capes Heating and Air to get an idea of how much it would cost to have a service technician come out to diagnose what our problem, A/C not cooling. Before having someone come, shawn gave me some things to do on my own to see if that fixed the problem. Unfortunately, that didn’t help so when I called to have someone come out they were able to on the same day. Shawn came to the house and was super nice and easy to work with. The condensing unit on one system was bad and needed replaced. We opted to replace the entire hvac even though it was running fine but on the weak side, however, Shawn wasn’t pushy for me to do so. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy business.

Great work and extremely reasonable pricing. After getting the runaround from the service company that held our warranty that came with purchasing our house, we were very happy to find an honest company to install our new heater. Shawn was recommended by a friend and we will now be recommending him for anyone else that needs HVAC work.

Shawn came and resolved the furnace issue at our home yesterday. He was friendly, professional, and punctual! I contacted him the night before, and he was out the next day. I requested to change the time for him to come to the house last minute and he still made it work with his schedule, and showed up at the later time we agreed on! I followed him around as he worked (to try to learn something) and he explained things as he went, which I was thankful for. He is very efficient and knowledgable about all the ins and outs when it come to HVAC. His pricing is was competitive, and I felt more than fair. He had found the short that was causing the furnace fuse to blow within an hour and everything is still running as it should! I was very impressed and thankful for his service and will definitely use him again in the future! If you are considering using Shawn, I would highly recommend that you do!

Shawn is the best repairman I have ever encountered. I always get speedy service. His prices are reasonable, his work is top-notch and he is so trustworthy that I don't have to miss work to be home during the repairs. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and all available options. If you hire him to do a job, you will never want to use another company.
