They no-showed twice. When they did show up they didn’t said they could do the work because all the materials were not at the house…but they were. AND, how am I supposed to trust a plumber to do all my basement plumbing when he tells me he doesn’t know how to put in a sump pump? Sorry, but no way. Fired them and hired another company.
2023 Update — The service from Polestar continues to be a white glove experience! We had routine maintenance on our unit today and our service tech, Jalen, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and thorough during the checkup. He took the time to explain the damper settings and and made sure the outdoor unit was free of cottonwood for optimal performance. We definitely made the right choice when we went with Polestar. 2022 - I cannot say enough positive things about our Polestar experience. Their team moved quickly on one of the hottest days of the year to install our new HVAC unit. From start to finish they have been professional, thorough, accessible for our questions, and expert communicators. They have a customer for life with our family. I highly recommend their services.

Jalen was great. Besides our normal maintenance check did a vent/attic check for us to deal with an upper floor issue.
Kayla was great as our contact, she explained everything succinctly during our process. The team who installed our new HVAC system was polite, speedy, and professional. We are very satisfied with our experience.
So far Polestar had been wonderful to provide installation and service. They gave me good discount that others couldn't in the area. Preventive maintenance schedules are invited ahead and I don't have to keep track. I would recommend them to anyone who needs peace with HVAC.
Technicians were professional and courteous. They quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue. Price was high as all AC work is, but there rates were on the mark with current rates. What will make me return to this company is that they came out same day and did not force my family to be without AC for days. Appreciate them and they have my future business.
Jalen did an exception work even though outside temperature was over 100 degree. He explained me all Air conditioning parameter in simple language
Definitely recommend PoleStar. They were very prompt, great customer service & their price, along with the Costco incentives, couldn’t be beat. Would recommend them to anyone. Kayla was very professional & the tech crew was very efficient.

Great experience with our install and follow up. Installers were professional and did a great job. We had an issue with the way the outdoor unit was installed but they sent a crew out and resolved it promptly.
My wife and I just had our second boy a couple of months ago and our AC went out over the weekend. I reached out to Kayla Sunday afternoon asking about service and she sent a technician out the next morning! We had our new equipment installed on Tuesday! Kayla and the Pole Star team were like the Avengers!
We contacted Polestar through Costco after our old A/C unit stopped working. Kayla was the representative who came to give us an estimate for a replacement for both the A/C unit and a new heater. She listened to our concerns and helped us get the A/C and heater units to fit our needs. We were extremely pleased with our representative, Kayla, the installation crew and Polestar. We were also pleased that Kayla went above and beyond to get us the best products and the best pricing. Installation was done and completed with less than 48 hours.
I would highly recommend Polestar for any plumbing needs. “David and Sergio” were “FABULOUS” with the job they performed at our home. They rebuilt the stack in the basement and put in 50+ feet of new piping in the back yard. Never met two workers very respectful of our property. So remember when you use Polestar ask for “David & Sergio”. Thanks so much for a JOB WELL DONE.
This is a great company. The customer service provided prompt responses via calls and text messages. So far I've worked with two of the reps, Ian and Brandon, and they were both top notch. They went above and beyond and provided quality service. On one occasion Ian did a simple fix on something a previous repairman told me would be a big repair job that would cost over $500. I appreciate Ian's integrity. I would highly recommend Polestar, Ian and Brandon.
The sales consultant put together a comprehensive, yet understandable quote. The installers did a bangup job removing the old system and installing the new one, and answered any questions I had while they were working
My Ac unit needed to be replaced and it was completed to my satisfaction and as stated by Polestar. I request a change by adding a new furnace after they were installing my new AC unit; Polestar quickly accommodated my request and dispatched a new furnace to match my new AC unit and still completed all work that same day. Polestar later followed up by dispatch a tech to verify all work was completed and my unit was functioning as designed and to my satisfaction. I found that reassuring and it goes to show Polestar is customer focused. From past experience, most company would only follow up if you had a complaint. I would recommend Polestar as they verify their work to ensure you are completely satisfied.
We've used Polestar for about three years and have been happy each time. Brandon came in last week to service the A/C and he was great - prompt, friendly, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable enough to both perform the service efficiently and explain what we needed to know. We'll definitely continue with Polestar as our go-to HVAC/plumbing company!
Service associate was professional, wore booties and completed the service timely. Filled me in on status of the units prior to leaving. Was friendly and courteous throughout his visit.
