I swear this commercial comes on 4 times in a row. During a commercial break almost makes a guy want to throw his ac unit through the screen window with the TV behind it lol.
So the technicians are “top notch!” Haha. I just have a problem with the customer service department, other than Rebecca who is great. We needed a new part, got a great recommendation from the tech and ordered a new part which was supposedly backordered by months; which we ordered. The part came in in October, I asked if we could take it and hold onto it until spring and Rebecca said no problem, but they technically need to hold it until we wanted it installed in spring, and that’s fine! Now we had to go to Africa for a funeral (my husband is Moroccan) so we didn’t get around to calling until June and Rebecca was very pleasant but transferred me to a lady who was very confrontational. She told me that I canceled my order (I didn’t) and then proceeded to tell me that the quote was only good for 30 days… how does that work when the quote was made in July and the part didn’t come until October? So confused. I asked a couple of questions but she insisted she was right and needed to speak over me. I just appreciate a customer service rep that is solution oriented rather than accusatory, so I’m bringing my business elsewhere!
As usual Top Notch did a great job! I used another company last year because they were recommended by our HOA. I was not real happy with that service and decided to go back with Top Notch this year. Thank you for quick and great service. I will be recommending to my neighbors.
They are very good check AC .Going to do some more work. Check my water softer and added salt. They do a great job! Thanks Mike
Our technician was on time, courteous, listened to all my concerns, and didn’t leave a mess when he was done. That’s everything you can ask for. The service not listed that he also performed for us, in addition to the HVAC maintenance, was our Rainsoft Water Softener system. Highly recommend!
Your driver was speeding through the parking lot at quick trip and looked straight at me as I was walking to my car and didn’t slow down even though he saw me. I was half to across the road and he swerved around me. He didn’t even slow down!

We have been using Top Notch for many, many years. The technicians are very professional, know their work, and friendly. Joi the office manager is very helpful and tries to fit you in for an appointment when it's convenient for the customer. I would recommend Top Notch to everyone.
Very satisfied with the service we just received from Top Notch Heating & Cooling on our home water purification system. Michael Murray was our technician and he was EXCELLENT!!! He was very informative, professional, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend him to others 😊
I had a very serious issue with the water softener which caused my basement to flood. I tried several plumbers who could not make it out until the following day, then I remembered Top Notch handled my softener. They got someone out right away. Such a relief since we were leaving town.
TOP NOTCH IS REASONABLY PRICED AND HONEST We had Top Notch evaluate an issue with our Pressure Regulator Valve on the main water line coming into our home. Another company, whom I won't name, said we needed a new valve and quoted us a price of almost $700. I called Top Notch and they quoted a price of $308 for the same job. That was a no brainer. I made an appointment with Top Notch. The service technician, Michael Murray was right on time and went straight to work. The first thing Mike suggested was, "Maybe it just needs adjusted." With a simple turn of a screw on the Pressure Regulator Valve with a screwdriver, the problem was fixed! What!! We were thrilled to pay $109 for the service call, diagnosis, and simple repair. Michael Murray, of Top Notch you are my hero! We have scheduled an appointment for Mike to come back and replace our expansion tank on the water heater. I know we're in good hands.
What an amazing company. From the interaction with the front office to the technician that came to our home, they were very professional and courteous. Their name says it all, TOP NOTCH!
They raise the prices for absolutely no reason and lie to customers especially about rainsoft equipment to make you think something is wrong They have well known racist working in their office. I would recommend any other company. Poor quality and

Eddie at Top Notch helped us make a decision about the right unit for our needs, and made sure that installation was scheduled quickly and conveniently. Mark worked on our Water Softener System. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Mark went over the operation of the system and was patient to explain some of the features we had forgotten. Would recommend him for any type of service.
Our system was 17 years old, not failing but aged out and the possibility of failing was looming. With expected price increases in 2023 we decided to replace now. They installed a Daikin system quickly and efficiently and it's working perfectly. Feel confident when you have Top Notch take care of your needs, always the best.
