Matt T. provided excellent service for this new homeowner. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. At one point, he had to unplug my sprinkler to use his own hose to clean my HVAC, and he plugged it back in when he was done and made sure the sprinkler was running again. It may seem insignificant, but he has a full day ahead of him and he didn’t have to do that. Thank you, Matt!

Town and Country has fixed both our furnace and AC, quickly and for a fair price. I used them as a recommendation and have recommended them to others. Definitely the best hvac company we’ve ever had.

Of course, our AC stopped working on a Friday night right as our temps are inching towards 100 degrees. I called Town & Country, left a message after hours, and received a phone call back within minutes. Danny said that he could have someone to our house the next morning (Saturday) between 8-11am. Javier called the next morning and was at our house a little BEFORE 8am (after asking if that was okay). He was so professional and well-spoken, and had our AC working again in no time at all. We are so impressed with Town & Country that we have become members and plan on using them exclusively in the future. Thank you again!
Routine maintenance was comprehensive and technician suggested a few improvements that made a big difference. Very satisfied with service.
Doug came by today to do our annual HVAC assessment and it was a delight. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to boot. My family has used Town and Country for several years after another company recommended ripping out our entire HVAC system and starting over due to airflow issues. Town and Country showed up with a calculator, figured out what size duct work we needed, and fixed the problem within a day. They definitely know their stuff. We would recommend them to anyone!
Town & Country got us on the schedule and took care of our AC quickly. If you want to really understand how your house's HVAC works, ask for Doug and plan to be around while he works. He's great at what he does and explains things really clearly. Thanks, Doug!

I have used Town & Country for years now and have been very satisfied. They are professional, prompt and honest. I never feel like they push unnecessary services or deceive me when I interact with them. Josh Thuro, the most recent tech who serviced my A/C unit, was very professional and did an excellent job on the minor repairs needed along with my annual service. Highly recommended. Update June 2023: Town & Country impressed me again today. I emailed their customer service last night at 11:30 PM to request a service call ASAP when I discovered my air conditioner condenser unit was not working. They called me back at 8:30 AM in the morning. They said they could get me a service visit between 2-5 pm, but would try for sooner. 15 minutes later, they updated my appointment window to between Noon and 4. 15 minutes after that, they said they had someone on their way! A technician (Matt Tracy) was here at 9:35 AM and showed me exactly what the problem was - a failed and damaged starting capacitor. I autorized repairs and I had cold air back around 10:00 AM before it got too hot. Nice. Thanks for the great service and responsiveness Town & Country!

I always have a great experience with T&C! They are able to come out the same day when having issues and every tech I've worked with has been really good at what they do and very personable as well.
Town & Country Heating and Cooling Company is always very responsive and professional. Kim called us back next day with the good news that one of their technicians will come look at the problem with the furnace that was leaking. Matt Tracy came to our house, fixed the issue and didn’t charge us service call because in his kind words “it was something that should have been noticed when they did the recent inspection” ( we have a contract with them, which is a great deal). Excellent service visit as always. This company replaced our HVAC about 9 years ago, (new it needed replacing when house was bought) and have been excellent at maintenance ever since.
