Great experience. Knowledgeable and took the time to insure the everything was working on the A/C and not near max amperage. All done quickly. Reviewed upcoming renewal of service contract.

The technicians at the company are excellent. Nick in particular has provided service numerous times (HVAC), both regular maintenance and repairs. He has been exceptional — professional, thorough, courteous, patient, and immaculate, leaving no footprint behind. He’s a terrific guy and great mentor to the new technicians who accompany him. He’s been a pleasure to work with and definitely has exceeded my expectations.
We had a drain that was clogged really bad from pasta. They came out and cleared the drain very quick and also gave me discounts. I will definitely use again

Both Techs were friendly, professional , and polite. They performed the AC tune-up and provided updates to their findings. Especially liked that they used shoe covers when they came in the house so that they didn’t track in any dirt. We would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!

We discovered our upstairs ac was not working late on a Friday afternoon. RTP sent Jeff out quickly and he had our issue diagnosed and repaired in a jiffy. We’ve done business with them for a couple years now, and they’ve always treated us well and done excellent work on plumbing and ac/heating issues.

Adam did a phenomenal job today. Tough clog, he worked at it for a good while. Then even cleaned the floor after he was done. He went the extra mile here. Very helpful and informative.

I thought they were very knowledge and very informative about my unit. The only thing I could see needs improvement was the way you clean the coils of my unit. You need a straight wand that would allow you to spray water from inside the unit. The wand needs to be about 3 feet long 1/4 inch wide that would fit thru the fan blades on top of the unit. This would allow the dirt to be removed from the unit instead of blowing it back into the unit. After all you suppose to be removing dirt from the unit not blowing it back into the unit Look forward to your reply
