Patrick and Angela are amazing! I cannot recommend them enough. Patrick helped us out a jam on Christmas Eve. They're always so professional, timely, spot-on with their repairs. Great family owned company. Will never use anyone else!
High attention to detail. I had a complete system replacement, and it was a quality installation. You are dealing with the owner and one other person. This is a small shop, which makes dealing with them easy and personal. I would highly recommend.
I will reframe from using Pride mechanical again, the service was okay but when arriving they drove wrecklessly through the neighborhood while kids where out waiting for the bus. I feel we're all very lucky there was no accidents
I have used Pride Mechanical for the past four years and they are fantastic. Andrew has been the sole caretaker of my HVAC system and he is very knowledgable and thorough. Pride also offers great value for the work they perform.
Thoroughly take care of everything, and don’t try to sell you things that are necessary. Very trustworthy.
Installed a humidifier and a gas line for us. We had some condensation on the water line when I got home from work. Ian came back out after hours and checked it out and made sure it was working properly. 100% recommend Ian and his team. They are the absolute best. Very professional!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have been using them for years now for maintenance and also to install a new furnace/AC system. Patrick and Ian are very knowledgeable. considerate, and they define customer service. The crew they have working for them is the same - competent, professional, and friendly. We also get timely service, and they stand behind their work 100%.
System was freezing up. Added coolant and ensured the system was cooling properly. Very timely. Called one afternoon late and they came by the next morning. Thanks.

We had called several claiming to be 24/7 hour companies and none of them were going to come out. Thanks to Angela and Patrick for coming at 1 am and got it done and running by 3 am. Very friendly and professional people and we will definitely use them again.
Pride Mechanical Kansas City did an AWESOME job installing my air/heat units! Patrick and Andrew are amazing. They are professional and really care about the customers. They provided EXCEPTIONAL service during, before and after my installation and I would highly recommend them and the Pride Mechanical team to anyone in town!
Very unprofessional, technician that came out was very rude to me and I don’t know how he could be in the service industry. I hope they don’t treat everyone the way they treated me.
After my furnace install last week, Pride Mechanical is the only HVAC company I will ever use. From start to finish these guys were so phenomenally courteous, honest, on time, efficient, and went so far above and beyond what I would have expected them to do, I really don’t know if any other company can even come close to their level of service. Their quote was super reasonable and their work quality exceeded my expectations— they actually left my basement cleaner than it was when they showed up! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know, and definitely intend to call them in the future for any HVAC service needs I have.
Patrick came to my house at 3 in the morning because my furnace went out. He was polite, down to earth and very knowledgeable about my furnace. The 1 star rating below is not accurate at all!! Could not say anything bad about Patrick or this company. Their company name fits them well!!
Been using Pride for our restaurant equipment repairs. Ian is about as honest as they get. We have gone through a gamut of repair mechanics but we have never had full trust in any of them until we met Ian. We have since signed up with Pride Mechanical for our HVAC maintenance program.

I would like to comment on the 1 star review below as this does not reflect Patrick or his company in any way. Mr. Barrera was part of a paint crew who was painting the exterior of my house when Patrick was here installing my new HVAC system. Mr. Barrera did a sub-par job on my house and in the process almost managed to get overspray from their paint on the Pride Mechanical van. It is sad to know that people resort to hateful comments and accusations only because they cannot admit their shortcomings. Pride Mechanical did a wonderful job and I am extremely happy with my new system. They ARE a 5 star company - they go above and beyond to make sure you receive quality service. I received many quotes from other competitors in the area and they were able to give me the best quote and service. Patrick is a wonderful human being and works hard to make sure you receive what you pay for and more. Look no further for a heating and cooling company!
I chose Pride Mechanical for their high ratings and I wasn't disappointed! They provided the best service I have ever experienced from a service company. Pride is a Trane service provider and Patrick spent over double the allocated call time rewiring, reconfiguring and cleaning my furnace, heat pump system. It looks like during the original install the two stage furnace was not set up to operate in that configuration and the humidifier was not working properly when the heat pump was on. Patrick was exceptional in explaining the situation and system configuration options. I most strongly recommend their services it was truly top-notch!! Great job Patrick and Pride Mechanical!
After my previous HVAC service company blatantly tried to sell my wife thousands of dollars of equipment I didn't need, my brother, who once worked in the HVAC business recommended Pride Mechanical. I have not been disappointed. Andrew normally does my annual AC and furnace inspections. He's never "built the ticket", a practice my former service company was really good at. Andrew is thorough and gives me suggestions and strategies to save money while insuring my HVAC equipment is at the top of its game. Hire these people!
The owner of the company was a racistjust so you know it's the one that looks like Jim Carey's dumb and dumber character they were little to no help and not professional at all just like his president hes only capable of screaming to get a point across
