Priced Right bid our system about five years ago when our system was leaking and couldn't keep up. They provided a competitive quote, more importantly their approach was way better. Their service people and staff are honest, professional and appreciate your business. I can't recommend them enough.

Amazing service, technician diagnosed and found the problem with my AC unit within 5 minutes of his arrival. I had a new system installed. The project was done expertly.The techs are very informative and curteous.l'm very impressed. I called Priced Right because my brother had used them. Jim Ferguson came to discuss the issues and he said that I really didn't need a new HVAC System. I have an air conditioner still under warranty and he said to go back to them and have them find this perpetual freon leak. I'm going to talk to them next week. Also, the furnace had some issues (just out of warranty) and he disagreed with the company that was pushing me to get a new system. He's been in the business for 30 years. I have never had an HVAC repair person who wasn't also a salesman. It was definitely a welcomed change. Many thanks. I'll be back.
They are a great company! We had them replace our entire HVAC system a few years ago and they did an amazing job! We even referred them when my parents needed a new HVAC! We have their maintenance plan, and whenever we have an issue with our HVAC, we call them and usually within 24 hours, they have a technician at our house. They are quick, professional, and truly care about their customer. I would definitely recommend using them! A++++
Per Jim @ PricedRight, Quoted price for the service call was almost 3x the cost from a reputable provider, stated the repair was probably a capacitor and the charge would be 10x the cost of the part on a warranty repair. When questioning charges he stated he’d rather not have me as a customer and would prefer to NOT come out and repair the HVAC unit purchased from him. SHYSTER, DO NOT TRUST
We received a bid from Priced Right in October 2021 and they were the most competitive of 3. Due to other expenses we decided to wait, until our AC couldn't keep up last week. Called Priced Right to check the problem first. Determined it was time to replace. After reviewing several options they provided, Jim and Lisa worked us into the schedule . Jim and crew installed the system as promised. We highly recommend Priced Right for service and new installation!
Paul found a large flue pipe that had fallen apart during his regular maintenance. The exhaust fumes were probably in our house for days. Paul graciously changed his schedule and replaced the pipe right away. He is always pleasant to work with!
Our central AC quit yesterday evening and we had a hot, humid night. This morning, on the recommendation of a fellow Homeowners Association Board member, I called Priced Right. By early that same afternoon, the technician was at our house and quickly determined what was wrong. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a relatively inexpensive starting capacitor. The technician had the part in his truck so he replaced it on the spot. After cleaning the condensor, he started the unit, checked the refrigerant pressures and the rest of the system. The bill was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any HVAC maintenance.
Our air conditioner broke in July and Priced Right Heating and Cooling was the fastest company to arrive at our house the next day. Jim, the owner, quickly determined we needed a new AC and advised we should replace our furnace because it was 20 years old. We received an great discount on the air conditioner and furnace, less than I expected to spend. Jim and his crew had the entire system installed in half a day! I would highly recommend anyone support this local business!
Our AC went out the Saturday afternoon before fathers. Called Priced Right and Jim came out in 15 minutes! Diagnosed the issue and had the new fan motor installed in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend
We had Jim and his crew from Priced Right Heating & Cooling out last week to replace two1984 furnaces and a/c units. The price was great for two Trane furnaces and two Trane condensing units. The work was performed in one day. The guys were conscientious and friendly. I'm so impressed and happy with their work. I also really respect the lack of up-selling - there was none! Priced Right is the only Heating & Cooling company we will use from now on!
We appreciate the professionalism and care Jim and Paul used to install our HVAC system. Jim worked with us to select the appropriate units, the install was done on time, everything was cleaned up, and he even took me around and gave me a system tour when he was done. It’s never fun to put money into a major home repair, but it’s a good feeling when you do if you can trust the people doing the work. I truly recommend this company. Thanks guys!
We had called the "24 hour emergency line" for a competitive company that we usually use and I had sat on hold for 30 minutes with no answer, so we remembered the little Penguin truck we had seen on the road. The phone was picked up on the 3rd ring at just before 8. The lady on the line was very nice and extremely professional. We called because at 1 in the morning on a sunday, our heater went out. We used a space heater until the morning, because I knew we could get through the night. The service call and weekend price was more than reasonable compared to other companies. Jim came out mid day, was extremely quick, very nice and understanding, and we were lucky he had the part we needed for our ancient furnace. I have never had as good of an experience as this when it comes to hearing and cooling. This was amazing. I told him we are definitely going to be calling him from here on out, and the "contract" from that other place that never picked up the phone is a long lost memory. Call Priced Right.. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. These guys are the best! Thanks Jim!
Our furnace quit last night with the temp outside at 9 below. We called Priced Right and he suggested trying a couple of things first and we followed his guidance...it worked! Our filter was really bad even though we had replaced it in the fall and putting a new one in did the trick. He advised that the systems had been running more than usual so the filter needs to be changed more frequently. Wow, no service call or expense. We will definitely use them when we have service needed because I already trust them and they haven't even come out yet.
I had Priced Right install my hearing and cooling system awhile back and they were fabulous and of course ‘Priced Right’. Today Paul with Priced Right came out to maintain my furnace. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Paul gave me tips on how to keep my furnace going in between regular maintenance calls...how often to change the filter, size, direction etc. I purchased the Yearly Plan as it is so affordable. Paul was excellent and I am very satisfied. I recommend him highly.
I searched on the internet for different quotes. We were looking at a new heating and cooling system. I got a couple quote from competitors and then called Priced Right. When I got there quote, I was skeptical because they were about 30% cheaper. I ended up going with the quote. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was great and the work was fantastic! I did not expect what I received for the price. We love our new system and I would recommend Priced Right to any family member I have. 1/19/21 Update: This is the best company to do any work on my house in the past 7 years. They always go above and beyond. They’re incredibly honest. I’ve tried to pay them for little extra things they’ve done, and they refused. They don’t try to slip in a $1,500 cleaning or other nonsense. I trust these guys 100%!
As luck would have it, our furnace went on the fritz just when we ad our first cold snap of the season. We contacted Jim at "Priced Right" heating and cooling for help. He came right out to help and wouldn't you know it the furnace worked just fine but Jim kept after the problem, finding a faulty gas control valve that was only one (1) year old and still under warranty. Jim replaced it and no more problems. By the way, Jim and his team had replaced our A/C unit in the past. We recommend Priced Right and Jim if you have any issues with your H/C systems. Calvin
Jim and his guys are the absolute best. We had them come out this summer to repair our AC. It was a 95 degree day and our AC went out in the middle of the night on a weekend. They were out repairing our AC at 6 AM. It was up and running in 20 minutes and our kids didn’t even wake up. This fall we decided to do a full replacement of our super old units. Jim came out to quote and was honest and helpful in choosing a unit. There was no scams or gimmicks like the two other companies we had quote. We had our AC, furnace and water heater replaced. They were so professional the entire time and kept us informed on the status of each item. They we on time and got the work done by early afternoon. They also gave us a really good deal price wise. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
