My long-time HVAC company merged with MVP recently. There was no reason to worry because their technician, Glen Hatchel, immediately put me at ease while doing our routine maintenance. While doing so, he found a few issues that might shorten the life of our unit. After explaining every detail (I ask a LOT of questions!), we decided to get ahead of those issues and extend the life of our unit. I am very happy with MVP, and look forward to working with them, and Glen, in the future! Thank you again Glen!
These guys were great. We had a major sewer break over a holiday weekend and I called and this company was the most professional, and courteous group of fellows I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They explained every procedure as they went and left my home in a perfectly well cleaned and I cannot say enough about this experience. I would recommend their services to anyone. Well done boys.
Mac Lucas from MVP came out to my house when I was having water backing up in my basement. Mac was really knowledgeable and helped me understand what was causing my issue. By the end of his visit my water was flowing through with no problem.
Kody and Michael did a great job updating and adding some wiring in my basement and adding 2 gfci outlets. I’ve had good experiences with MVP before and it was no different this time!
My sales person was Paul. He was very friendly and helpful. He was also willing to help with pricing. We did have an issue with the furnace exhaust plumbing but this was quickly resolved with a quick call.
I’ve used MVP for plumbing, electric and AC and I’ve been consistently happy with their service. Every person I’ve met has been very nice, professional and easy to work with. They thoroughly explain things and give multiple repair options/price points when it makes sense, which I appreciate as a new homeowner. They just got done replacing my AC system, less than a week after I requested a quote in the middle of summer. I’ve always walked away feeling good about the quality and price of their services and will continue to use them!

The people I spoke with from start to finish were super helpful, professional and it was a great experience. A component on my AC went kaput during Friday evening in the recent heat wave. It was off hours and they had lots of calls, but still got out here quickly and fixed the issue quickly. Very pleased with Tim Martin and MVP's service.
Furnace stopped working and the tech repaired it in no time at all..we have an old furnace and several contractors have tried to sell us a new furnace. Nick fixed it. We will use it until it doesn't run. Excellent service!
My AC unit was about to die, had MVP come out for a diagnostic. It was an ancient dinosaur. They had a sales guy come out and gave me a straightforward quote, the guys came out the next morning and replaced my unit very quickly and efficiently. Saved my family from living in an oven in triple digit heat!
Technician Kline was knowledgeable and analytical. He serviced 2 AC. We discussed that we could use a compressor saver and will take it into consideration and we could call him at our convenience.
Tyler Richards and his partner were awesome. They cleaned my kitchen sink clog in minutes. Excellent experience

Everyone we have dealt with at MVP over the past month have been wonderful. We had an issue with our AC and they were up front and honest about everything. Moreover, they took care of the problem quickly. Thanks!!
I put in the recommended condensation pipe for the furnace/ac and cleaning of the external A/C unit. Jair made me pay upfront and did not provide me with any sort of receipt. He had to leave to get PVC "cutters" from the warehouse because he didn't have any with him. That was the first delay. After he installed the "p-pipe" as he called it, he had me take a look. I noticed water dripping and when I said something, he tried to tell me it wasn't. He then realized it was leaking and had to call someone else. After speaking with them, he then said it was in fact leaking and would have to go get another from the "warehouse". He put in the new pipe and said the other had a crack in it. He then wrapped electrical tape around both sides of the newest one as a preventative of future leaking. I asked if I should call them back if it leaks and he was adamant it wouldn't leak because of his preventative electrical tape installation. But that it may drip condensation. It is dripping. Jair was also supposed to email me a quote regarding the other recommendations he had but I also have not received those. This is the second MVP technician that has had to call another person to discuss what is going on.
Spent a good amount of time making sure job was done correctly, patient with my older mother-in-law, charged the advertised price, friendly and polite. Great job Reed!6
Izac was friendly and quickly diagnosed my issue. We ended up needing an electrician and he called during the appointment to setup the electrical appointment on our behalf. He was mindful and put shoe covers on his shoes. I don’t take that lightly br dude we’ve had several contractors out who didn’t bother to bring them. I appreciate his diligence and professionalism.
I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of Shawn’s work. We had him out today for a sewer repair. He only had our sewer disconnected for maybe an hour, which was awesome, given we had 4 children in the house at the time. Shawn also kept me updated on this progress throughout the job, which was nice. The yard is nice and flat after he backfilled it and he even picked up all the debris and roots from the dig. I will definitely call Shawn and MVP again in the future.
MVP came for just a yearly service call but ended up finding something wrong. They fixed it right then and saved me half the price originally quoted. He did great work but failed to turn the thermostat back to where it was. So, I woke I the next morning and it was 60 degrees in my house! My biggest complaint is that the technician trampled my flowers next to the air conditioning unit outside. There was stones next to the unit that could have been steeped on but instead he trampled the flowers. I don’t mean just stepped on, every single one was smashed to the ground. There is no fixing it and no way they will bloom this year.
