Jess was great ! Good guy that I will continue to use for any and all HVAC issues. Came in and didn’t over sell and told us we could get same results without spending 10K more. He literally saved us thousands and best part is my wife is happy and cool. Honest and Quality are hard to find now but you can with him.
Couldn't be happier with my experience with Jess. It was later in the afternoon on Saturday and he still got me in knowing the next few days would be in the 90s. He was prompt, polite, and got me fixed up quickly and affordable. He's earned my business for all my AC needs. Thanks!
We have used Jess for all of our heating and cooling needs in multiple houses we have owned. They have done everything from small repairs, to full install of new units for us. They are very professional and do great work! I highly recommend them!
Jess Harding responded to my call, within 30 minutes, for help with my furnace, was out that afternoon to get my heat back on and charged a very fair price. While he was there, I got a good idea of how he works, runs his business and values his customers. He will be the one I call going forward.
Jess Harding and his crew have provided both service to our old system and installation of a new Lennox HVAC system. Through the recent stretch of near 100 degree days, it has worked great. I just compared my Evergy bill to last year and our summer electricity usage has been reduced by about 35-40% (even when compared with cooler days last June). The system (both heating/cooling) is quieter than the old system. The new Nest thermostat allows us to control temps from anywhere in the house (via Alexa or Google), track daily system usage, and have it automatically shift to an "Away" mode for further energy savings. Jess has installed new systems for four other neighbors/friends and all are pleased with his service and value. He is very responsive to repair needs (from our previous system) - especially when temperature extremes make it challenging for his team but necessary for us. I highly recommend Harding for their professionalism and great service.
It's nice to be able to have a business you can trust and does quality work. Jesse took care of our AC and got us back cooling again. Impressed with his knowledge to diagnose the problem and he is very fair with his rates. No question who I will call if needed or recommend.

Jess and Harding Heating and Air are amazing people. Top notch customer service. I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon when my air stopped working. He showed up around 5:00 after 2 other appointments. Immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part on the truck and had my air running again 45 minutes later. He is fair and reasonable with pricing and from asking around did the job for hundreds less than other companies would have charged. Thanks for the great customer service.
Our thermostat locked up recently on a Friday night this winter and we couldn’t get the temperature above 57 degrees. It was freezing in the house Saturday morning! We’ve always depended on Harding Heating & Air and called first thing on Saturday morning for help. Jess squeezed us into his already busy schedule and within an hour of our call he was at our home. A new thermostat was installed at a fair price. We will always recommend Harding Heating & Air to our friends and neighbors.
Great customer service! Called at 6;45 am and he was here by 9:30 am... we were cool again by 10 am! Thank you Jess!

I apologize for my previous review. I had a horrible experience with Harding Services, and I’m glad you pointed out that you aren’t associated. Hopefully the other negative reviewers realize their mistakes and take their posts down.
Jess came out when no one else could. He works around the clock when people are in dire need. Our A/C went out on a Friday at 4pm. I have two young kids and no A/C was a major problem. Jess took care of me for a very reasonable fee. In fact, much less than the advertisers you hear on the radio. Jess is a straight shooter and won't fleece you. Don't get his company mixed up with Harding Services, Heating & A/C. Two different companies with two vastly different customer satisfaction rates.
Last night my AC unit stopped cooling completely. Not cool during a week of 100 degree heat! Harding Heating & AC came out today and repaired the unit for a super reasonable fee. Now I'm sitting in cool air conditioning again. A+, will definitely use again and recommend to others.
Would give them a zero if I could. We had a new air conditioner installed end of April. It has never worked correctly and it will not cool our house. We had them come out and they said there was too much freon so they took some out. Now the unit won't even come on. When we called to let them know whatever the technician did made it worse the woman on the phone was rude, combative and condescending. She said they will not send someone out until Monday. It is Friday and 100 degrees here. DO NOT use this company. They could care less about their customers.
Jesse came out in the evening when our A/C unit was broken. My wife and I have a 5 week old baby and it was the middle of July. He worked into the dark to fix everything and made sure the job got done right. He has great customer service and we would highly recommend him to others!
Prompt response even on a high-demand day - Jess walked me through some instructions over the phone then worked us into his busy schedule. He got my AC back up and running, talked me through some immediate maintenance items as well as what to expect for the long term. I would highly recommend Harding!
Would give zero if I could they installed a brand-new air conditioner in April. Worked for a few weeks but then quit working we called and had them come out on three separate occasions where he continued to add Freon and did not fix the problem when he realized what the problem finally was he refused to fix it. Now four months later after we have already paid to have a brand-new unit installed we are stuck with an air conditioner that does not work and will not be covered under warranty and trying to find a company to come clean up his mess I would not recommend this company or their work.
