Alex with Anthony PHCE came out to service my AC breaker connection and was punctual, professional, and very informative. He did a great job of walking me through what he was testing, potential issues that may be causing my breaker to trip, and lastly replaced my breaker, all done within an hour at a reasonable price with the service fee waived for the inspection of my unit.
Keaton is awesome! I was really upset before he arrived and he was very considerate, understanding and went above and beyond to do a great job for me. Greatly appreciated! He's awesome!
Our installers, Kevin and Garrett were on time, polite, clean and professional. Garrett explained everything to us and showed us how to work the new thermostat and answered all of our questions. They seemed to work well together.
Alex from Anthony was great, as he is very professional and provides good explanations for what he is doing. He fixed my main water shutoff. Got the job done pretty fast than initially proposed, although it just happened to be a more simpler fix even with the replacing of some pipes. I had mixed feelings on the price. Due to the fact that it's plumbing and there is a fair warranty for the parts, I think the price is worth it overall. Especially when it comes to their maintenance program.
David Weaver was very professional, courteous and informative. He did thorough diagnostic testing and advised me of options. He had the part needed in the van with him. The work was completed quickly, and he showed me what had been done.
Great response from your organization. Called July 3rd around 10:30 pm and was able to speak with someone about my AC issue. He scheduled a service call for the next day and Nicholas showed up the next morning around 9 am. He diagnosed and repaired our AC within an hour or so. Appreciate the quick turnaround.
Nicholas was friendly & professional. The response was quite fast on Independence day. He found our issue quickly The representative on the phone offered a discount service that I felt was of good value. Awesome!
We just had our system replaced by someone else. System was underperforming and Anthony came out to diagnose. They put our previous system in 10 years ago. They offered a full system leak check. Based on the conversation and price (almost $500) seemed like it was going to take a while and require a lot of testing with specialized equipment. Technician just used a simple leak detector you can get online and it took less than 10 minutes, so I’m already feeling ripped off. The A coil was bad. 5000 to replace according to them which seems crazy or like they are just trying to push you into a new system. They sent out a sales guy the same day and offered to put the cost of the leak test toward the system which was good. Even with our “discount” of being a customer for over a decade and an ASAP member the whole time, their price was 70% higher than 3 others we got within a couple days for the exact same equipment. Yes, 70% higher… I can’t recommend Anthony to anyone now because it feels like they tried to take advantage of a long time customer just because our system was not working. If they are giving you a quote at least get 2 others.
The tech, Seth, was great. Efficient and professional, he took care of my plumbing issues without any difficulty and I felt like he knew what he was doing. I really like this company. Their customer service reps, plumbers, and electricians have been excellent
Excellent service and extremely talented technicians at great prices. Best of all, we are certain we have the best people for the job! We Had both outside water spigots replaced. Alex does great work. Plus, he fixed two running toilets. He never takes shortcuts (second time to the home for separate repair), and his thoroughness is above the call of duty! Thank you!!!
Daniel was great! We were fortunate to have him come both days because he was already familiar with our problem. He was very friendly and did an excellent job communicating what was going on with our HVAC system. We would highly recommend Daniel!
The good: same day service, our tech was very friendly and did a good job with the repair. He did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue, explaining the issue, and providing us us with the solutions he could offer. The bad: this is the second time I have had Anthony out where I have felt they were not working in my, their customers, best interest but were doing what would give them the most profit. Last time they recommended hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. This time we had a “dual run assist” go out on our A/C they did not have the standard grade option on their truck, the tech told me they do not carry that on their truck and could not get one same day as the store was closed, but the option that was $250 more and a “specialty” “heavy duty” option they had a few of those on the truck and he could get it replaced immediately. It was 101 deg outside so waiting till tomorrow was not really an option for us. But my question is why do you have a specialty, heavy duty part carried as standard equipment but not regular grade… With this being the second instance we will be shopping for a new repair service.
Our technician, Justin, was fantastic, thorough, and kind. Despite the curves our old house threw his way, he handled all the issues while keeping us informed throughout the process. Very grateful for his work!
Erik Leyva-Hernandez is FABULOUS! He explains things in practical and understandable terms; he is responsive and professional. The front office, however, needs some work on follow through and communication. I had to call 3 times to get any information on my service call/parts replacement I was expecting today.
Dylan was courteous, respectful and made sure we knew what the problem was and had some options to correct. Once we settled on what option he got right to work. Came back in answered all our questions..he is a good guy and Anthony's should be lucky to have him on their team
Anthony is rarely the absolute cheapest, but there's a reason for that - they hire exceptional people, they're professional, and they continually go above and beyond to ensure success and a happy customer. Mark was amazing - he answered every question I had without a tired sigh, his work was clean, and he left the work site as clean as when he arrived. He explained everything he did, and he exceeded expectations. Anthony Plumbing Heating Electric and Cooling is well worth the money and their ASAP program is a great way to ensure maintenance problems don't sneak up on you.
Tristan was very personable and knowledgeable. Communicated great and easy to talk to. Never pressured me to do service i wasnt ready for and gave me all options and showed me a few otheer things I didn't know how to do. (I asked how to restart a pilot light on my water Heater) He also helped me with a small faucet issue while fixing a valve under my sink. I will use Anthony again for sure.
She is very good communicator. She was able to identify the problem quickly. The whole repair took less than couple hours. I am happy with her service. Thank you Sammie for repairing my AC so quickly!
Bradley did a great job, I'm very pleased. I'm also pleased due to the fact that somehow I missed the call that a tech was available and by the time I called back in, the tech had already moved on. But... The call taker somehow found another available technician and sent him instead. Nice work!
We needed repairs/ replacements to fix leaks in our internal gas pipes, one at the gas served fireplace and one at a pipe connection in the basement. Called the morning after gas was shut off and received same day service. This may be because we pay monthly for preferred service and pricing discount. The technician, Kelsey Mahoney, was matter of fact, thorough, professional , explained services clearly. and kept us informed as work progressed. She included extra conveniences for our future use of appliances connected to the gas feed to the house, primarily more accessible and easier to use on/off valves. After she completed the work, she stayed until the gas company came out to pressure test the system and to turn the gas back on. She remained through that work and relit our hot water heater. We give her a 5 for all aspects of her work and will ask for her again for gas line and plumbing issues. The only reason for the 4 stars was the cost. It was reasonable for the timely service and the amount and quality of work done. We simply believe that lower cost service providers are available in the market.
