Great company that doesn’t try to up sell to make more money. Had an issue with our A/C and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem, provided a quick fix until we purchased a new unit. Install was very clean and professional- thank you!
James came out to inspect a sewer back up and was able to solve the problem for an affordable price. Took 1 visit start to finish. The ladies in the office are wonderful to work with for scheduling and communications.
Came and helped almost immediately, at night, during a thunderstorm to fix a broken faucet and water valve. Excellent service, professional, and reasonable.
Very thorough, explained what he was doing: and what the price would be. No hidden charges. Fixed two sinks and the toilet.

When I bought my house, I signed up for the yearly maintenance package and I am so glad I did! All of the technicians are wonderful. I am not pressured to buy extra things. Full Nelson is exceptional! If you are looking for the best bang for your buck in a maintenance plan, Full Nelson should be your choice.
David was solid, explained everything, went through options, checked the appliances in question and fixed the issue. Great job, solid company.

I would like to thank everyone at Full Nelson but mainly Corky, Mike, Bo and Dallon. Corky sold us a really nice heat and cooling system (it really is impressive) Mike, Bo and Dallon came out and installed it all and honestly the whole experience has been stress free, the work professional, the quality, impressive and the equipment works great! Thanks to all of you we will be sleeping good tonight! 5 stars for each of you! we will be bragging about this a lot for some time, and Corky's banana bread is awesome!
If I could give this company 10 Stars I would because 5 Stars does not justify how good this company really is. On 2/16/2021 we had a pipe burst in our home and as Murphy's Law would have it, the pipe didn't burst until "after business hours" so naturally, I was panic stricken thinking who am I going to find to fix it at night. I called a couple of companies, and while one was nice, neither could get me in for 3 days. I called Full Nelson and they dispatched the call out to one of their emergency experts and told me to expect a call within 20-30 minutes. Not but 10 minutes had past and Zach was on the other end of the phone. He was professional, honest and willing to talk through options to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions being made about my situation. I was anxious about the pipe burst because I have 2 kids and no water and wondering how in the world I was going to get this fixed while having to work the next day but also wondering financially how this was going to affect me and he was able to take me from super anxious down to a very calm level just during our conversation. The company scheduler called me by 9 a.m. on 2/17 to schedule Justin to come out to my house to fix the issue. She told me he would be there between 11-1p and he would call when he was on the way. This lovely woman called me back at 11:15 a.m. and said that he was still on a job and that he may be slightly later than expected. WOW - what service! In walks Justin at 1:45 p.m. another AMAZING expert in the field! Justin was professional, honest, built my trust immediately and I was even comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I got my daughter to school for play practice and then returned to inspect the work. He kept me informed of what he found, what he had to do to fix the problem and what the cost would be every step of the way. Zach and Justin should be commended by their superiors and given a big raise because it's because of their professionalism, honesty and calm nature
The tech seemed to be out to sale a product. There was no clear cut plan to fix our system. I’m not satisfied with the lack of service

Had a stack plumbing replacement, the price for the work and expertise of staff were both absolutely fantastic. The work was clearly described before hand and was of great quality. The staff who came to do the work were knowledgeable, friendly, wore adequate ppe and completed the job without any problems. Based on the level of service we received this will be our go to company in the future.
