Talking down to your employees is not professional.. Employees are hard to get and keep so kindness goes along way ! I for one would never recommend this business!
They are wonderful. We had some issues on our end, and they worked so hard to make sure everything worked out. They came out and got everything done in a very timely manner. They helped me with everything I needed to know. I was very pleased.
From inspection, to quoting, to install, working with Lee’s Cooling and Heating was a breeze. Professional and knowledgeable staff made making a big, and expensive, decision an easy one. A quote for a new system was received shortly after the inspection and all questions were answered with direct and easy to understand answers. Scheduling install was just as smooth. Lee’s Cooling and Heating had the system I needed on hand which cut down the delay on getting the new system put in. The installation team showed up promptly on the scheduled morning. They were kind and knowledgeable and let me know what to expect from the installation day. When they were finished, they walked me through my new system, answered any questions and went over the paperwork with me. The team cleaned up their workspace and left me knowing they were a team to trust with my HVAC needs. The new Lennox system installed runs like a dream. The system is located outside of my bedroom window, and it doesn’t make even the slightest sound. Highly recommend the team at Lee’s Cooling and Heating! Kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with when making big decisions about the comfort of your home.

Fantastic service. A/C quit working on 100 degree days. Came same day I called, found the leak and fixed it within an hour. Even kept apologizing because it was going to be pricey. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend using and will use again myself
Very happy with the job Travis from Lee's Air Conditioning did. He replaced the evaporator coil that was leaking with an exact replacement.
Lee's Cooling and Heating were very professional and worked with my busy work schedule, getting me in for a bid on my lunch break, and into their office for financing on a new heating and cooling system over another lunch break. Then, to my surprise, they were able to come out two days early and put in the new unit on my day off because they squeezed me into their busy schedule, so I didn't have to sacrifice another lunch break this week, or go another two days without air conditioning. They were really friendly and professional, and explained everything they were doing. It wasn't exactly cheap, but at least they offer financing. I'm just grateful for their fast and professional service... and to have working AC again! Thanks, Lee's Cooling and Heating!
WORST SERVICE EVER! NEVER AGAIN! Asked $600 for $80 parts being sold online. Refused to install the owner bought parts even they are offered payment for the service call. Wanted to sell the parts and then install so that they can rip off the customers on the parts! SO, BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL!
Arrived the following day. And that's rare in this area. Diagnosis the problem and repaired it in under an hour. This is the one to call!

Prompt courteous service! Edit: Big Kudos to the folks at Lee's. Today they removed a 40 year old heater/AC system and installed our new HVAC system. Great service and installation by knowledgeable techs who patiently answered all my questions. From both the wife and I, thank you!

They came out within 24 hours of me calling. I couldnt get in anywhere else!! I called several times because I had a few questions and kept on forgetting and they were SO nice and pacient. The man who came to fix my heat was very nice, quite and quick to work. He explained things to me and let me know what all was going on. I forgot his name, my apologies. I highly recomend this company. I have never been so happy to spend money LOL. This 2021 cold weather sucks! Also they work for a fair price!
They installed my system 3 years ago quickly and at a fair price. They were quick to do a warranty repair this summer and when I broke my gas line this summer they came out and quickly fixed that too.

Very prompt.Technician found the problem and ordered the parts. Informed us the parts should arrive in a couple days. Was also informed that the unit is still under warranty after he checked the serial number online.
We recently had a Lennox 4 ton 20 SEER variable speed heat pump installed into our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. The technician answered every question we had and offered helpful suggestions to improve on our current ducting outline. The system was ordered and installed in less than 2 weeks and everything turned out just as they said it would, even the price!! Great team at Lee's and I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any heat and air repairs or upgrades.
Lee's Cooling & Heating recently installed two new HVAC systems in our office building. We were very impressed with their service, from the initial evaluation of our building's needs, to the installation process itself.
