I made the mistake of choosing this "company" (it's just James Reyna) after looking for someone to fix a fridge same day. At first I thought he was just incompetent, but it's now obvious he's a scammer. He said he'd warranty all parts and labor, but now he's ignoring all calls and texts. Appliance Artisan (great company, btw) came and looked at the fridge after the fact and pointed out that the coolant was clearly leaking and the unit would need to be replaced. So maybe James thinks all refrigerators can be fixed by vacuuming the condenser coils and walking away, but more than likely he makes his living off of suckers like those of us who've posted here. Don't call him.

This guys a scammer! Took our money, ice maker doesn’t work. He blocks every number we call from once he figures out who we are!

Called James to repair our dryer. After taking 30 minutes to repair two switches he charges $180 and said it would be good. Our dryer wasn’t fixed and I called him later that evening. Said he would order an additional part and come back out 3 days later since it was a weekend.... free of charge. Monday comes. Nothing. No call, no answer on his phone, and he has now blocked my phone number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Service rep charged $267 to (allegedly) replace auto-defrost system on a refrigerator, which he claimed was the reason why the fridge was not holding temp. The "fix" did nothing to solve the problem, following which the company (James Reyna) stopped answering or returning phone calls. The company is a fraud, a rip-off, and should be avoided at all costs.
