They provided exceptional service. They were heading home but when they received the request drove over 30 minutes to come and help on a weekend day.
I can't recommend these folks enough. They are always on time and always ready to get you in the schedule when you have a problem. Not only that but when they give you an estimate you can be sure that it will be very close to on the money. Give these folks a call for any AC or furnace repairs or replacements.

Kc Elite is the best. Rocky was pretty busy, but fit is into his schedule. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he has fixed out heating and cooling when other businesses had no clue. Definitely recommend him to everyone and cannot say enough great things about this business.
I was only given 3 options of hvac companies by my warranty service. I Checked reviews and chose to use elite, over the other companies. Elite was perfect across the board. Very quick, polite and impeccable work. I highly recommend them.

Thank you, Anthony and Alex for such phenomenal service! On a day when it feels like 105 degrees out, you drove all over town looking for a replacement circuit board for my AC. You are SO VERY appreciated. And then you stood outside and cleaned off my AC unit. I highly recommend this business!!!
Cannot recommend them enough! Found them through our home warranty and now call on them ourselves. Rocky (the owner) is so responsive and incredibly helpful. Very quick to respond, communicates and is punctual. They also use a program that will tell you when to expect your technician. Not only does he figure out the problem but teaches you what you can do to better maintain your system as well.
We weren’t asked to do a review like many companies ask, but since we had such an outstanding experience, I asked them where I could review as I hope Elite receives more business from others who are like us and don’t want overpriced, under-delivered, long delays, and extra hidden surprise costs w/ big-name companies who charge more to spend your money on big advertising. Rocky w/ Elite is a top-notch professional, thorough, very good pricing, great communication & response time especially to answer all questions in a way we could understand, and very flexible to quickly come to our house and to explain in detail the issues and options w/ pros & cons of fixing or replacing our ancient & failing system, and fast to deliver services exactly as promised with no weird fine print and no surprises. I won’t ever call one of the other big names where I would unnecessarily fork over on overpriced service again because Rocky w/ Elite is my #1 choice to call from now on.
I have an Old Republic Home Warranty on an investment property and I called Old Republic several days ago for a service call on a faulty furnace and they sent out A1Complete Heating that came out at the end of the day and said the furnace needed a filter change and left. The tenants were getting up to a house at 55 degrees when it was super cold out and I called A1 and they told me there was a safety mechanism on the furnace to shut it off if its running too long and there was nothing wrong with the heater that this was happening all over the city. This went on for several days and I called Old Republic and asked them to send out a different vendor and they send out Elite heating and air. Rocky called me ahead of time and I talked through how the furnace was not running all the time and he told me over the phone what he thought it was and when he arrived the furnace was repaired in literally 15 minutes and running like a charm, the tenants were very happy and so was I. Rocky was on time, knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly what was wrong. If I need an HVAC person, I will definitely request Elite Heating and Air. Thank you Rocky!

Rocky and Anthony came out this morning to fix my furnace. They were both super nice and extremely informative about what was going on. I ended up having a dead bird in my system somehow. I had my system originally installed by Neal Harris. Trying to get them to come out was an absolute nightmare. So I just called my home warranty company and they referred me to Elite. Rocky came out the day after I talked to him. Thank you guys so much for making this so easy. I now have a heating and air company to use that I can trust.
Thoroughly impressed with Rocky's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. My AC went out and he came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem while also answering the questions I had on the solution, explaining what I did or did not need related to a ful HVAC replacement. I would recommend Rocky 100%!

Home Warranty CO. referred Elite to me for a/c issues. Elite Called to set appt. for the same day. Returned the following day with several needed parts and had the a/c up and running in 45 minutes. Awesome company.

He arrived exactly on time, quickly confirmed the problem and fixed it. After waiting almost a month with the other companies he was in and out in just over an hour. And our AC is working again!! I first discovered Rocky due to my home warranty service. My home warranty was not great as I had to do a number of things to the home with a different company each time even if it was the same issue. However, getting Rocky on an AC call was amazing. Was honest and fixed the issue then and there. Each time he is out (as I have used him ever since) he is a pleasure to talk with and very professional. My happiest moment was when we were having major issues with our heater just before the horrible midwest cold spell in early 2021. Rocky came out and was able to fix it in an hour and our heater worked perfectly all through sub zero temps and it has worked ever since. Would recommend him and his business to all my friends and family,
The KC Elite Heating and Air team came out and moved an AC condenser coil to a more convenient space behind my house. They made it look easy and didn't waste an ounce of coolant in the transfer!
