Had my first maintenance done on complete new heat pump system put in our house last fall and the maintenance tech Duncan was very respectful and personable and knowledgeable.

I left a service request Tuesday morning November 1, 2022 and received a follow up call shortly after, Danny the technician arrived around noon and ordered the part to resolve the issue and returned the next day and installed and fixed the problem. Earl Byrant of Basehor Kansas installed my HVAC system July 11, 2002 and I have received excellent service from the system and excellent service from their company. I think this is only the second or third service call in the 20 years I have had this system.
I use Earl Bryant and trust them to always to a good and detailed job. I highly recommend them.
Our HVAC system was 20 years old and we were planning to replace it soon. In mid-May we turned on our AC and everything was fine for a few days but then the air coming out of our ducts was no longer cold. I sat down & started calling HVAC Companies to get estimates on replacing our system before summer kicks into high gear! I called Earl Bryant, Danny came right out to the house to look at what we needed & give us a bid. Danny gave us several options so we could make the right choice for our needs. Afterwards I also got other bids from different HVAC Companies, Earl Bryant's bid was the most competitive! Don & Dalton showed up to install our new AC & furnace right on time on a morning when it was pouring down rain! The weather didn't stop or slow Don & Dalton down a bit. They did a great install job & afterwards Don took the time to go over & review everything about our new HVAC system with me, Thank you Danny, Don, & Dalton (And everyone at Earl Bryant)!
I can’t say enough good things about Earl Bryant Heating and Cooling. The coldest day of the year our furnace blower fan went out. I called and spoke with Ed who worked us in within six hours. Todd showed up right on time and had the furnace going within 45 minutes. He was so organized, knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure watching him. I’m very glad I called.
We had furnace problems on one of the coldest days. Called Bryant at 7:30 am and they responded within 30 minutes. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in short time. Service Man very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service. Thanks again

I had a faulty furnace and water heater that were venting exhaust into the basement. The gas company had to come shut off the gas. I called Earl Bryant as I had them install A/C a few years ago and was pleased. As it was getting cold outside, they prioritised this job, installed high efficiency furnace and water heater, and repaired vents all at a great price. This was done by a professional crew that were respectful and skilled. Highly recommend this company.

Scheduled service on A/C. Technician took the time to explain various aspects of my system, and recommended a minor change to its program. Very professional, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend Earl Bryant for all of your HVAC needs.
Todd called ahead to confirm the appointment. Arrived when he said he would. Wore shoe covers in the house. Explained what he needed to do and set it and did it. When finished he reviewed what he did and showed me a few ways to maximize the features of our system. Great work, great technician.
Called to schedule an appointment and had one the same day. Danny came out and looked around and went back and sent us an estimate with a few different options the same day. He was very professional and kind. Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need was very honest with us. Don, Joe and Danny all came out the first day of install and everyone was prompt and super friendly. Came back the next day to install a furnace in our detached garage and again great service. Couldn’t be happier with our new heating and A/C, got to try them both out in the same week. Thanks again!

We had an HVAC issue that 3 other HVAC companies were unable to solve. I contacted Earl Bryant and they sent a technician the day following. Within a short time Todd had evaluated our system and successfully diagnosed our issue. A part was ordered immediately with a quick second visit to make the repair. What had taken 3 companies over 21 days of failing was solved by Todd and Early Bryant within a couple days. I couldn't be more thrilled with their customer service, knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness. Todd also kept me updated at all steps of his process, was pleasant and obviously great at his craft. Earl Bryant has won their place as our new HVAC service company.

Danny was very responsive and knowledgeable about not only the products they offer but also what was right for our home. the technicians were on time and completed the work cleanly and quickly.
