INSEAD of the usual 20 min. maintenance that MOST PLACES GIVE, DAYTON gave more than 45 min of careful checking. These people are TRUE professionals, who carefully train new people.
If you are reading this review, please consider hiring Dayton Heating & Cooling for your HVAC services. I can not stress how impressed I am with the owners, Mark and Ben, as well as Nick and Jose. I got several different quotes from different HVAC companies. I chose to work with Dayton Heating & Cooling because of their exceptional customer service, their honest, upfront pricing, and reputable work. I am so glad that I chose to work with Dayton Heating & Cooling. A five out of five stars does not do justice to the quality of service they provide.

After working with other HVAC companies over the last 3 years, we were referred to Dayton to fix a chronically bad geothermal HVAC system. They spent a significant amount of time reviewing the system we had, and while the older system was only 10 years old, we decided to replace it with a new system. I could not have been more impressed. They were extremely knowledgeable - true geothermal experts. They were patient. They were responsive. And they have earned my trust and long term business.
Fast, professional and friendly!! Got my TRANE furnace back up and running again in Feb! Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dayton - we had them out for a full install of 2 mini split systems. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail, quality control, and knowledge of the systems they installed for us. It didn’t take long to notice their skill and give me such peace of mind, especially since just 1 year prior to having them out we had a very negative experience with another company that lead us needing to do a full repair on two 5 ton mini split systems due to improper installation and leaks. Again, Dayton was there with great customer service via several phone calls with questions I had and multiple trips to their shop for parts for the repair. Can’t recommend them enough!

Love these guys. Hvac went out Sunday morning in winter and they were willing to do whatever was needed. Have abd will use them again.. and, btw, Dana is awesome:).
Dayton Heating and Cooling was great to work with! Nick was very prompt to give us a reasonable quote and the service was provided in a very timely manner. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and did a great job! Our new AC unit, furnace, and thermostat have been working perfectly. I would highly recommend Dayton to everyone!
Dayton did a great job installing our new Trane variable speed furnace. Nick stopped by and gave us a fair quote. Loved how they gave the options and then we could pick what was best for us and our budget. Installers, Zach and Austin, were proficient, professional and hard working! They both smiled and got the job done. Everything was picked up and perfect. And the furnace is already heating our home better than it’s ever been! We have a 2nd story home that has NEVER heated or cooled our upstairs very well. Our new variable speed Trane furnace from Dayton has FINALLY solved the problem! So happy!! Thanks Dayton!!!

They are a family-run business with a lot of experience, and they will work with you to find the best solution for your specific needs. They've been in business for over 30 years and have worked with many clients like me over the years, so they know what they're doing! The service was great--they showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies that I called for quotes.
I found the business to be very professional, and they had a good grasp of the work they were doing. They were also very easy to reach, which is important when you're dealing with a 24/7 service. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for HVAC services in the Dayton area.

Had a problem with the igniter. Called Dayton HVAC on Sunday and arranged to have a tech at our home to fix it on MLK day. We winter in AZ so they coordinated the service with our son and got the furnace up and running as promised. Great service and we've always had an excellent relationship with Dayton. Thanks so much.
Fast, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jason came to clean my furnace filters and I asked that he show me how. He made it very easy for me to learn.
I had to have a new furnace installed due to a failed heat exchanger on an old furnace. Nick with Dayton gave me a great quote, and they are a Veteran owned company too. From last Thursday when the problem was discovered I started getting bids. I got my last bid Tuesday and gave Nick the green light on Tuesday night around 7:00 pm. He scheduled the job for the next morning - now that's quick service! His crew, ran by Scott, was very professional, and did an outstanding job! My furnace was in a fairly tight location which made it a long day for the crew, they stayed and worked without breaks until it was up and running. Professionalism, and dedication to doing the job right. I am very happy with their work, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
