Quick response, fair price and excellent install. I will use Dave again.
It is hot right now and our AC decided to stop working. I called around and Dave was able to come the soonest. He came out to the house and had it diagnosed AND repaired within 10 minutes. Turns out it was a blown capacitor and he had the part with him. Very happy to have AC back!
So I am thinking my AC going out on July 4th weekend might be the worst timing ever but what can you do. Start calling around to be greeted with either voice mails or the 'we will call you back' Last night wasn't the worst night to have it out but then get a call at 8.15 from Stepp asking me if he could stop by, this happens, he realizes we need a new wheel and by 10.30 this morning they are back and have my AC back up and working. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with the overall service and how quickly they had me back up and running. As a side note, I had to ask if the invoice was correct as I thought it should have been more. Long story short, if you have AC needs this summer don't hesitate to reach out and call Stepp

Dave has always been great to work with and of there exists a person with more knowledge about fixing an old furnace I have never met them.
Dave came over within 30 minutes to diagnose a furnace that stopped working. Another company had declared the furnace beyond repair and quoted a steep sum of money to replace the furnace and AC unit while they were at it. Dave fixed the issue in 20 minutes, and told me that if I was in a hurry to spend money, he could replace the unit for 2/3 the other quote. Glad I got a second opinion. Thank you!
Good guy reasonable knows what he's doing but he's a one-man operation he can sometimes get overwhelmed

We have used Dave before and he always does a great job! He's prompt and thorough and knows just what to do. I highly recommend him for any air conditioning needs. He has kept our old unit going for alot longer than we thought it would!
Dave came out the same day I called (others said it would be a few days). He was so nice, gave me preventative tips to avoid AC issue in the future, and was more than responsible on price. Highly recommend.

Wow, talk about customer service! The other 5 star reviews are right. Dave knows his stuff. He even went into detail about how everything worked so I could understand. He got me my furnace working with in 30 min's. Would highly recommend
