We're new to Indianola and had a bit of an electrical "emergency" the week before school started. Our electric meter outside made a popping sound and we saw a spark. I called IMU, who sent a lineman immediately. They shut off power and said we needed a new meter put in before we could get our power back on. I called another electric company recommended in the Indianola Living magazine and they couldn't help us until October!! (Seriously?) So I called Vanderpool, and while he admitted he was also very busy, he was at our house within half an hour to get us back up and running! I so appreciate you making time for us in your very busy schedule! They had a new meter installed and power back on within a few hours!
They installed our heating system in our morton building. Quick to install and within their quoted range.

Called about cleaning my clogged dryer vent. I get that it's a busy time of year and I won't get same day service but the guy didn't know when they could schedule a day. He said he would give me a call back. 5 days later, no call.
