Justin came out to figure out the weird smell and was great! Very polite and did a wonderful job explaining everything and even waited for my uncle to come over to show him and explain everything! Thank you!!!

Nikki arrived at our home and we could tell she is a problem-solver. It was obvious she is mechanically inclined. She paid attention to all the details we told her and then helped us by replacing our old thermostat. She patiently explained how to operate it (twice) and didn't leave until everything was working properly. She is a fantastic furnace technician. Thank you, Nikki!!!
