We had Novak Heating and Air Duct Cleaning clean our air ducts after a major renovation and they were fantastic! Aaron and Escalade were very professional and made sure that our system was like new by the time they left. They even pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention and said "We're going to take care of your house like it was our own." If you need your ducting cleaned, I would highly recommend them!

Aaron and Escalade cleaned our duct work and our dryer vent. It was long overdue and much needed. They did a great job! They were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable in their work. They were very professional and made sure to clean up and not leave a mess or anything behind. I would recommend to anyone!
My A/C went down the hottest day of the year so far and I knew right away I needed to call Novak from past great experience. They were a bit backed up but still offering the most reasonable rates -- and most professional experience -- so I told them I'd wait a week and just deal till then. Their efficiency meant they were able to come almost a week before they had scheduled my services! My repair tech was super friendly, professional, and fast. I always recommend Novak to friends and this kind of service is exactly why.

We had Novak’s out to clean and inspect our heating and cooling systems, they got here on time checked everything out cleaned the system. David was very professional and respectful of our home. We’ll see them again next year.
Novak rescued me again yesterday. I have used them in my 16 years of living here, and they have always done outstanding work. They sent Julian out yesterday a day ahead of my appointment. Within minutes he replaced a blown capacitor in my air compressor. My house started cooling down immediately. He shared a lot of information with me and answered all of my questions. Julian is very professional and does outstanding work.
