They came out same day I set up a claim with my homeowners insurance. Quickly discovered and fixed the problem. Would call them again if I have future problems with my a/c
Our blower motor went out on our furnace, and they came and looked at it, said it might take awhile to get the new motor in due to it being special ordered, and they came the next day and had the motor (!!!), replaced it, and boom, it works great now. Thank you guys so much! SO to Jeff!

Jeff & his father worked together installing a new furnace in my mobile home today. They stuck around and finished the job in a very timely manner in spite of the fact that when they removed the old furnace they found the floor had completely collapsed underneath it. It was one of the worse ones they'd ever seen & one they personally couldn't fix themselves. I was able to get my carpenter over immediately to fix it within 1.5 hrs. & these wonderful gentlemen quickly finished up the job, installed my new thermostat & have my air conditioning setup to just turn on in the Spring. It is currently mid January here in Iowa. So grateful they got me taken care of. Great guys & fair pricing!
Jeff was prompt, professional, friendly and updated me on every step of the repair process to get our heat working again! He even called me back later that evening to make sure everything was working properly. I will only recommend Five Seasons!

I just bought a new home and the furnace went out. The repair was covered by the home warranty who sent out Five Seasons to do the work. They arrived quickly and replaced the part that I had already diagnosed as the problem. I pointed out the furnace humidifier wasn't working and they inspected it and determined the humidistat was bad. They removed and bypassed it so it would run constantly and told me they would order the part and come back when it was in. Two weeks later when I heard nothing I called and asked the status. They then tell me they hadn't ordered the part and I needed to call and file another home warranty claim and pay a separate deductible to replace this $30 dollar part. So if you want half a job done these are the guys for you. If you want the whole job done call someone else.
Solved problem when other company did not!
i had a schedule service with another company push me off a whole day. Called these guys and they were at my house within 2 hours. Fast and professional service. Being a first time home owner, they walked me through what i need to do in order to make sure my system is running correctly. They took the time to help me understand what was wrong instead of just doing the work. Highly recommend! Fast Service and very affordable! Do not hesitate to call these guys!

I live in a mobile home and there are not very many places that replace or work on furnances or air conditioners in Cedar Rapids. We have used Five Seasons 3 times int he last couple of years. Once to work on the air conditioner and one to replace our furnace and the last time to replace coil. Each time the price was much more than quoted. The service men were really nice, but that is about all they have going for them. They replace my furnace in Dec 2012 and discoved that I need a coil for my aircondioner. After $1800 to replace the furnace they said another $700 for coil promised to come back in the spring and replace for $700. I just paid them $856 I called to asked why so much. I was told that is what the coil cost now.. Very poor practice in ny opion! I will definatly NEVER use Five Seasons again!!!!!
