Wow, Keegan and Isiah were the best installers I have ever had. We ran into a number of problems getting the appliance into the kitchen and they went above and beyond and then some to make it happen. They were both so pleasant and professional. I could not have been more pleased. I recommend them and Greens Appliance without any reservations. It is nice working with a local company that has such great customer service.
Keegan and his helper were great! Super detailed and cleaned everything up when they were done. They did a great job explaining everything when they were done!!
Brady arrived our home on a hot 4th of July, well short of the 24hr window his company had promised, polite with a smile on his face. He quickly addressed the issue causing our AC to not work, corrected the issue, checked to ensure the AC was working at capacity, and left our home and yard clean. Clean, honest, and dependable… Not sure what more I could ask for.

Green Appliance Heating and Cooling was amazing to work with. They were able to send a technician earlier than we expected. I booked an appointment online and they called the following morning with an earlier appointment time availability. From start to finish the request to look at our AC was flawless. They kept us informed when the technician would be on the way and reviewed with us any information they needed to complete the request. The technician, Brady Wenner, was polite and attentive has he addressed the issue of no air flow from our air conditioner. He was quick with his inspection of the unit and knowledgeable in the issue we were having. In the same amount of time he was able to get our AC up and running again. Before departure, He gave us clear and concise instructions on what we could do to address any future issues we may have with the unit. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't promptly need but did let us know that our units life expectancy was nearing its capacity and advised us that we should expect having to replacement our outdated unit in the future. Overall we are extremely relieved and happy with the service we received. 10/10 would call again
Technicians are always very personable, thorough and efficient. I appreciated the phone call that he was on his way and his prompt arrival. He showed me the things that were of concern with the air conditioning system and said he'd send pictures and an estimate of what repairs would cost so that I can forward them to the owner. It's great to have pictures and the technicians explanation so that I don't have to try to communicate with the landlord about things I don't know anything about. Thanks!
He was very professional and on time. He also gave us tips going forward on how to care for our appliances. Very happy with the quality of his work.
Greens Heating & Cooling Company is a Great Company! I highly recommend them! They have been servicing my furnace & air conditioner for a number of years! They & their employees are the Best! When I call for an appointment, their friendly Receptionists have a very cheerful greeting! During the past week & a half, I was very impressed & pleased with the excellent work done for me by Greens employees! Mark aTechnician, Joey in Sales & Jesse & co-worker Dylan Installers! This is regarding my furnace & air conditioner! MARK, a Technician, came out to check about a furnace issue & maintenance on the AC. He was great! He explained really well the furnace issue, we talked about better filtering for my allergies, asthma & higher efficiency! The AC definitely needed to be replaced, it had very serious issues due to it's age! Mark showed pictures with the issues from both. He was excellent, & explained things really well! Mark is polite, very friendly, a very knowledgeable expert w/20 years of experience, a very professional technician! I highly recommend Mark!!! JOEY, in Sales, came out to discuss the financial part of buying my furnace and AC from Greens! Joey was great! He is very polite, friendly & very professional & an expert in explaining many things; also options available for the furnace & AC that might affect pricing. Joey was very patient in listening & answering my questions! I appreciated Joey his help and understanding! I also enjoyed our visit! I appreciated hearing about his background too! Joey, had been technician for a number of years, which he enjoyed! So Joey is an experienced expert on the technology side, which I think goes along well as a professional & exceptionally knowledgeable person in Sales! I highly recommend Joey!!! JESSE, an Installer & his co-worker DYLAN, arrived right on time! They were great, very friendly, polite & professional & went right to work, to install my new furnace and AC! I can’t say enough about Mike Pederson. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I felt like he truly listened to me and then offered solutions! This after spending weeks not getting anywhere with the people I spoke to at Frigidaire. With the experience I had with Greens Appliance - from the lady I spoke to on the phone to Mike - I will definitely be a customer for life
Josh Jones and Manny arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our new furnace and water heater. We are very happy with their efficiency and expertise. They were fast, friendly, and did not leave a mess. Josh went over how everything works, and answered our questions well. Nice work! We will be calling Greens again for our HVAC needs! A later visit with Brandon went great! He checked over our AC and made a few adjustments that were needed, and he did a great job! Brandon also took the time to explain what we needed and why. I appreciate this way of doing business!
Had a refrigerator that has low water pressure. Green’s came over at the correct time, very friendly and professional. Able to diagnose the issue and provide solutions. Glad to know I have a company to call for future appliance issues if needed.

The Greens tech who serviced our unit today was AWESOME! Jackson Wood was prompt, professional, and polite even when we were late to arrive for the scheduled service time. Our options were explained thoroughly and we were pleased with his attention to detail. Thank you!
Over the weekend, I made an appointment online after reading good reviews. Received a call on Mon moving the appointment from Thurs to Tues! YAY! Tuesday I got a call that the technician (Mike) was a little late but was on his way. My initial concern was really not an issue, but Mike fixed the in-door ice instead! Mike is very professional and friendly. He kept digging into why the ice didn't work (missing part that really wasn't missing) and once he had the parts he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. I am very happy I searched "best fridge repair in Des Moines"!
