One of the few residential contractors I will be using when I need too. They were on time, explain everything, cleaned up after themselves. Good pricing as well!
Even though we received bad news about our central air system Shawn from Golden Rule was helpful, courteous and understanding. Because of a bad job on the install from a different company and now out of warranty we have a hefty repair bill. Eric at Golden Rule made it possible with easy quick financing to get the needed work done now instead of waiting and suffering through the coming July heat. The crew from Golden Rule came out the next day and got the work done and explaining each step of the way. I give them high marks for their great customer service attitude, courtesy and going the extra mile.
Brian did an awesome job reviewing the heating and cooling system at my home. His recommendations to keep the air quality clean inside the house in all seasons seems to be worth it due to the concerns with my sons dust mite allergy! He is professional, experienced, explains technical details clearly and easy to understand. I recommend him for high quality work!

If I could give them 10 stars on here I would!!! Long story short. "Basement company" installed a new sump pump in my basement and moved it. That company did it soooo wrong they flooded my basement and broke multiple plumbing laws! Golden rule heath came out and was awesome in telling what the hell the other place did and then his boss beao I dealt with for a week as my middleman between the original company whom was paying to have golden rule fix for their MAJOR screw ups! All I can say is GOLDEN rule was my knight in shining armour during this nightmare and was very helpful and responsive with helping me deal with the BS from the other company! They fix all issues instantly!!! And no flooding because golden rule.knows what they are doing!!! They fixed my plugged basement floor drain , Redid the the sump pump plumbing ,installed a new one and replumbed the old tile pipes to the new pump!!! Trust me!! They guys know their job!!! I recommend them to everyone when I hear someone needs a plumber!!! They are worst the $$ And they are AWESOME with communication!!!
One of the highest trip charges in the city and I hope there's no one charging more for plumbing work. They wanted $850 to change out an exposed shower mixing valve. It's an hour to two hour job and very little materials involved. So maybe it's as little as $400 an hour labor, yikes. This is NOT inflation, despite what a tech might tell you. It's opportunistic price gouging. You're paying for advertising, pretty trucks and a ridiculous call answering system. After this experience and taking into consideration the other marketing tactics they are using, a lot of these reviews on google look pretty suspicious. UPDATE: Just had the work done by Thrasher Services for less than HALF of what Golden Rule wanted.
Cody was great. Explained things well. Even helped us put our air conditioner panels back on that we had removed to clean out cottonwood! Very personal and polite.
Michale was friendly, polite and professional. He took the time to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted, did excellent work, and went way above and beyond to clean up the whole area when he was done. We would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing need.

As much as I hate getting home repairs done, I have never had a bad experience with the technicians at Golden Rule. Always professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly friendly and personable.
