They went above and beyond with helping me. Jamie, the tech, was fabulous and always talking me through the process. Highly recommend! Ductless mini-split.

Julie is always so friendly and helpful. The Tech was early, and had my AC up and running in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Good and quick service. Exactly what estimate was. Took care of energy savings reimbursement. Only did 4 star because they forgot to tape up furnace when installed so was leaking air. They did come right away and resolve that though. Would definitely recommend. Did A/C and Furnace. Been several months and still works great.
Air control is one of my worst experience ever. Billed me for work that was never done. Furnace still doesn't work right. I'll be calling someone else. Should of looked at reviews first, 1 star doesn't cut it.
Had issue with a/c and was told it would need complete replacement and gave the go ahead to do what was needed along with replacing furnace as well. After waiting over a week for parts to come in they began work. After removing the old unit they realized they had ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait another 3 days for the right part. after installing this part on a Friday they left. The unit never did start cooling like they said it would. It is now Monday afternoon and I still do not have working a/c. Next time I will call Domestic plumbing, heating and cooling.
Guy was more of a salesmen than a repair man. His sloppy work did get our heater running (for @ 5 minutes). However, he didn't even have the courtesy to stick around to see if it would cycle again and that was the problem. This occurred on a Tuesday. It is now Friday and we still do not have reliable heat. We (meaning my husband) did some research on the internet and he replaced the control panel and ordered an ignition switch. Air Control, Inc. office personnel is very professional. We filed a complaint; it is currently under investigation, so no outcome at this point. It's now Monday....Air Control, Inc. gave us half of our money back.
