Mark at Advanced Temperature makes his customers a priority and takes care to make sure he is accurate with his diagnosis, cleans up, and is reasonable. I have rentals and he has taken care of my business for 13 years....he’s the best.
Had new hot water heater installed,and furnace tuneup...Mark has always done my work,and now his helper Chris has also done work for us...these are the nicest very honest,and most professional guys ever!!! They respond to my needs ASAP...wouldn't want anyone else!!

Mark came out on a Saturday when our AC went out. He and his assistant installed our new heat and air units promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Mark and Advanced Temperature Systems.

Highly recommend! Mark installed a new furnace, air conditioner and smart thermostat. He has fair and reasonable pricing and sticks to his bid. He was quick to complete the work after I accepted the bid and very thorough in explaining both systems and programming the thermostat. He also helped with submitting the rebates. Nice person and great service!

After five weeks and numerous calls, they have yet to show up. It was always the same response, "I'll be there later this week." I finally called Bernies out of Preston, IA who showed up within an hour. If you don't plan on showing up, have some common courtesy and let me know so I can call someone else rather than letting my four kids sweat to death trying to be patient. I understand that AC companies are busy this time of year but 5 weeks? No excuse.
Mark diagnosed the furnace problem and replaced the motor before the house could get uncomfortably cold. Then he answered my questions regarding the water heater. Great service!

Very personable and professional. Installed complete system in 3 days before the weather heated up. Price was reasonable you can't go wrong with them. Mark will go out of his way to make you happy. Also search under Wilkens Heating and Air Conditioning.
Courteous, fair, respectful and returns phone calls. Also uses texting to communicate ETA. Explains work performed. Wears a mask and practices social distancing. Have been a regular customer for many years for the above reasons and have never been disappointed.
Mark is responsive to the needs of his customers. He responds in a timely manner and schedules to meet the heating/cooling needs of his customers. Advanced Temperature Systems installed our furnace/air conditioner and maintained our previous system so we have worked with Mark and his business long enough to confirm that they do top notch work and meet the needs of their customers.
