I truly want you to know how much I appreciate everything you’ve done from trying first to get the old one running (Jacob Lucas) Easy financing (Dan Hamm) The owner (Job Cooper) for giving the quick go ahead to install, and Installation (Jason Cooper) who worked through the rain! This is an amazing group of guys! I highly recommend them!

The Wyckoff team is amazing! Our air conditioner went out on Father's Day with our whole family in town, and not only did they send a technician out right away that day, they rounded up a brand new unit for us and were able to install it the very next morning before the dreaded 90 degree days ahead of us. They give you small windows of time when they will arrive and they even showed up slightly early! I cannot recommend them enough.
I have been going to Wyckoff's for 25 years now. Exceptional company in every way that matters. Recently got new HVAC system. I have a half basement in a small house & it's not very comfortable down there. Didn't phase them in the least. Plus they were extremely polite, informative & professional. They nailed it again this time!
They are nice and reliable. Their prices have risen to the point that they are higher than most of the other HVAC companies in our area.
Brandon came out and was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me options with explanations and advice. No pressure, just there to help.
Wyckoff Heating and Cooling did the work on our new home build. We have a geo system and they also installed the gas fireplace and whole house humidifier. We have enjoyed the continued relationship with Wyckoff twice a year for routine planned services to keep us comfortable all year long with no surprises. We have our favorite service man and that's a treat. Would highly recommend!

Wyckoff is always fantastic! Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They get it done right the first time which is not an experience I have had recently with other assigned HVAC on a recent recall situation. I will always use Wyckoff.

Was able to help me right away during freezing temps. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. It was also nice to not have someone come in and talk my ear off then charge me for the time. Would absolutely recommend them.

I am so happy I found Wyckoff Heating and Cooling. My experience with Wyckoff is, they have very knowledgeable techs who arrive on time. I have called them a few times for help because I had forgotten information and have always received courteous treatment. I have recommended Wyckoff to family and friends and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who needs the services they provide. I trust Wyckoffs Heating and Cooling.
Very good service. My furnace is in the crawl space and the tech is always pleasant and does not complain about going in there.
They were able to schedule an annual maintenance appointment in a reasonable time, and they did a thorough job. We're very happy with the service and will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.
Recently used Wyckoff for a heating issue on our furnace. They were very professional and worked me into their busy schedule. Later they completed a repair on my fireplace. While it took awhile to get parts (same everywhere), they kept me updated on when it would arrive. Once in hand they repaired the issue promptly. Their team was cordial and did a thorough job. I appreciate the extra effort you made.
My heating system was not working properly. It would run for awhile and then shut off. They came promptly and found the heat exchanger needed to be cleaned. They cleaned everything and it hasn't been a problem since.
Completed scheduled maintenance in less than an hour. Technician was on time and called prior to arrival. Nothing could be easier. Always provide accurate and quick answers to questions I may have. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Greg Colburn is a top-notch furnace and A/C technician. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. He did a wonderful job saving me a lot of money on my whole-house humidifier noting it was under warranty and getting me the parts I needed that are already covered. Wyckoff installed the HVAC system in my home 3 years ago. Everything was running smoothly. Then last summer the furnace manufacturer arranged for a recall repair with a company I wasn’t familiar with. This triggered my furnace to shut down unexpectedly this winter. I called Wyckoff for help. The knowledgeable Wyckoff team responded quickly and were able to get the furnace working until the proper parts were available. Once the replacement parts came in, they returned promptly and completed the repair. I can’t thank Wyckoff enough, what an excellent company to work with! Their service is outstanding, and everybody was quick, friendly, and professional.
