Adam and his team installed a new AC and furnace, and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. They took the time to cleanup all of the old piping and connections from the old system to make everything look clean and professional. Adam even took the time to address all of my questions and concerns to make sure I was satisfied before they considered the job complete. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone.

I live in West Des Moines and had an emergency hot water heater break on me due to a rusty valve. Ben and Cole were able to come over in the matter of a few hours to replace the broken water heater with a brand new one. I would use them again and trust them completely in helping me with my future HVAC or plumbing needs. Roberts was referred to me by a friend who's brother in-law is a plumber. He said Roberts should be my first call regarding my issue. And he was right!
I have used Roberts multiple times in the last five years. Each time they have been on-time and provided great service. I will definitely use them again in the future!
Ben and Tyler removed my old furnace and AC units and installed new ones. They arrived on time, didn't leave until the installation was completed and system tested. Great people and products.
I had Robert's recommended to me by my neighbor. It's rare when you can get such a quick response with a company who carry themselves so professionally but yet you feel like friends when they leave. I'm happy with all the above good marks you can check and I will use them again AS WELL AS recommend them.
Had an issue with my water heater vent motor and Ben and Tyler not only went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem and fixing it but worked around my schedule. Friendly and professional.
Had a new heating and air conditioning system installed. Employees were courteous and kept me informed of what was happening Install was quick only took 1 day. Will continue to use them for my HVAC needs . Highly recommended!!!

It was almost closing time and Tyler came by and fixed pin hole in copper waterline that my husband screwed a screw in it. Excellent service and very nice young man .He was very professional and explained everything to us. Thank you so much. We are very happy with Roberts heating and cooling. We have used them for years.
My family has used Robert’s Heating and Cooling for the last few years, and they continue to exceed our expectations. They are always polite and professional and they never try and sell you something that is not needed. They also take the time to explain how to use the product they installed and are always available to answer questions.
Tyler came out to VCA Avondale today and cleaned all of our wall mount heating/cooling units today. It was the best cleaning they have had in the 7 years that I've worked here! We couldn’t be happier. Andy and Cole, the installers, were professional, efficient and respected our home. Put down floor coverings, kept us up to date on the progress and explained everything when they were done. All at a very fair price for a quality product. No fluff… just good product and service!

We've used Roberts several times over the v tetras l years, including installation of furnace/AC in 2 different homes. Recently they checked furnace /AC our new purchase and as always they were great to work with. Quick estimate and schedule of the replacementus. They were informative, timely and extremely respectful of our house. I would recommend Roberts for all your needs!
What an awesome experience. This company contacted us to make an appointment to due an estimate. Follow up phone call to install and reminder phone call the day before to confirm. Day of installation arrived on time. Both guys were professional and install went smoothly. Demonstrated new thermostat, cleaned up and thanked us. Highly recommend this company
I talked to Michelle in the office, it was cold out and noticed my heat was not working, she had Ben come out and he said I had a dirty flame sensor that caused it not to heat. He had it fixed quickly and my heat is running again!! Very friendly helpful and FAST service!! They are the BEST!!
Roberts consistently provides excellent customer service. Their staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to service their customers. We had a minor repair to our furnace humidifier. The appointment was made promptly, and the service was done quickly. I trust them with all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
We started smelling some burning with our heater and called this great company! Ben came out at 10pm at night to come fix our heating system. We are forever grateful considering it was late and freezing temperatures. I highly recommend them!!
Amazing company and super friendly! Our furnace broke down with single digit temperatures outside. I called in after hours and within 20 minutes they were here and got us back up and running. I would highly recommend!
