It's true! It's all true! They really can't be beat! It started with a thorough evaluation, the explanation of how the installation would unfold and suggestions for the furnace and air conditioner. The team arrived this morning, introducing themselves, and could not have been any more organized or curtious throughout the whole installation procress. Amazingly the install was completed in one day and they picked up after themelves! DuWayne, you must be so proud of your employees! They really represent you and your first class company well! Thank you all so much! Definitely a company you can rely on!
10/10 would recommend Bryant Iowa Heating & Cooling! I called this morning because our heat wasn't turning on and they made it a priority to come out same day. There's no getting around that AC systems are very expensive now compared to a few years ago. But, Bryant Heating & Cooling were able to beat a competitor by nearly $3,000 in price. They got us squeezed in within a day of reporting the issue. Keaton and Juwuan we very professional and went out of their way to answer all our questions. We were recommended to this company by a friend of ours. We just want to pass along a referral to help others who just want a reasonable company at a reasonable price without high pressure sales tactics. We found this with Bryant Heating & Cooling.
Good fast service by extremely talented servicemen. I have always been treated with courtesy and efficiency. Serviceman Josiah should receive special praise for his focus on the problem and determination to solve it. He's very polite and knowledgeable. He's a winner! We have used Bryant several times over the years. Fast friendly service every time. Daughters furnace failed in the coldest month. Bryant brought extra heaters, helped her het set up. Fixed it in a day. This time we needed parts -service with a smile! Ive known Mr.McDaniel almost 50 years. Proud veteran,husband and father!

Our AC went out and Bryant came out the same night at 9pm and did a temporary fix and got the AC working. We discussed replacing the AC and Heat and the prices they gave were far below other companies. The units were the same, if not better quality. Everyone from the salesmen to the installers to the customer service went above and beyond. Highly recommend Bryant Heating & Cooling.
Pat got there after hours after our AC went out. He quickly found the problem and was super polite and quiet as our kids were sleeping.
He knew what was wrong and fixed it but it took him 5 minutes literally. He then charged me more than what the lady told me on the phone. She said $125 service call. He charged $150. Also AC capacitor he replaced he charged me $230 for the part which I think is way high based on what I'm seeing it go for. I'm seeing prices from $30 to $100. He claimed that they go to school and compared the possibility of me paying someone else 1.5 hours of labor to figure out what he did in 5 min. He then asked if I wanted to get out of the heat. I gotta say yeah I do it's 100 degrees but I feel like he took a look at the neighborhood I lived in and decided to raise the price. Something doesn't sit right with me. Yeah he fixed it. But I feel like I got robbed.
A team works together and that is exactly what you get with Bryant. Everyone from the office personnel, field technicians and DuWayne. This company came through for us again. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone for such a smooth and quick replacement of an air conditioner and furnace.
One year ago they charged me $850 for a diagnosis and to install a $50 gas valve I found at Grainger online that takes 20 minutes To install ,And their excuse/explanation for the charge was it's a Flat rate everybody does it we need to cover the cost of business / My Father had a Hvac company and Never took advantage of the town after I confronted them on social media they refunded the money minus the service call/diagnosis and I put my own gas valve on that's the facts I WONDER HOW ETHICAL OR MORAL THIS WAY TO CHARGE IS ? WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER/COMMUNITY YOU LIVE IN . I WILL ALWAYS CHECK AND REFUSE ANY COMPANY WHO TRIES TO QUOTE FLAT RATE UNETHICAL !I wonder how these guys sleep at night knowing they're breaking their customers/family's/old people/ bank account and year budget and you know it's how we all do it now HOW AWFUL SHAME ON THEM 😡
Very quick, professional and responsive. One minor problem during installation that was taken care of by the owner quickly, easily, and professionally. That kind of customer service is getting harder to find and Bryant has it.
Very thorough service. Demonstrated (and shared because I am picky and want explanations) an understanding of how my heat pump system worked and what real servicing means, unlike two previous companies. Cleaned the probe (no one else did that) and checked the efficiency (no one else did that) of the three stage burners with test equipment and adjustments. And checked and changed the filter (no one else did that). I am very pleased and reassured that my furnace is running as efficiently as it can do. I am signing up for Bryant's service plan and look forward to having the summer servicing performed. It is a relief to have found a company that provides expert services. Update: I'm pleased I joined the service plan because I received a system error message. Bryant responded very promptly. Pat was the technician this time. He took his time thoroughly checking and analyzing inside and outside sensors. It would have been very easy to tell me I needed new sensor(s) - I wouldn't have known differently. Instead, while tracing the wiring he found a loose connection which he fixed. Very modest bill even though the service was only about an hour after I called. No padded out bill for parts I didn't need. This is an honest company!
I closed on my property on 2/3/2022. We had an inspection done by Bryant with the furnace 12/21/2021 and the pressure switch was marked "passed": The day after closing our pressure switch failed and we were charged $409.00 on a day where temps were in the single digits. No compensation or discount was even offered, but rather told by the technician it was past the 30 days. Obviously the inspection meant nothing because of the 30 day policy. Nope! I won't ever call on Bryant again because of their inability to try and even work with me on a price.
