Aspen Aire has been so helpful to my husband and I as we take care of our first house! They were super helpful this winter when our furnace started throwing error codes and just completed our summer AC tune-up - would definitely recommend and will continue to rely on them for our HVAC needs.
Alex was my service manager from beginning to end. He checked in from time to time and made sure the team he sent over was working hard to get me my new system ip and running. Got everything installed and up and running just as promised. Will recommend to any consumer/ Business to use Aspen Aire for all their heating and cooling needs!

Hands down, the BEST HVAC company that we've used, and we've used a lot of the well-known operations in the DSM Metro. Over the past 10 years, we have had them out for maintenance, emergency service, and finally, a complete Heat Pump installation just a few days ago. They are responsive, ON TIME, fair--in fact, on one service call, they didn't charge me a DIME--which is unheard of! Our Heat Pump installation had a few unpredictable hurdles, but I was so unbelievably impressed with everyone involved. Alex, our salesperson, stopped over four times during the process to monitor progress, and was available later in the evening with a final hurdle to get everything up and running. I would find it hard to imagine that there is anyone out there who is more professional, fair, and is willing to do what ever it takes to make a happy customer. Customer for life here.
The owner SERIOUSLY needs to have a talk with the drivers of their service vans. 75+ mph, on my bumber in a 55 mph zone. 20 over is plenty fast in any vehicle, much less a clapped out old uhual. It is a matter of time before a serious accident is caused. GPS your trucks and start monitoring them. Attorneys will use these contacts against you in court. Take action to mitigate your liability and increase the publics safety immediately. Nobody needs to go 75 on 235 and 50 on university. I'll also add that because of your drivers aggression, I'll make sure Aspen never gets work on any of my properties.
Last week, I had my central air system installed along with adding a duct supply to my kitchen, dining room and basement. Alex gave me a quote that I felt was extremely fair with no pressure, to do the job. He listened, provided suggestions and explained my options. He was professional, punctual and proficient with coordinating the install with the electrician and myself. The installers(Jeremiah & Dan) showed up, on time and were polite, courteous. They did a perfect job with a lot of attention to detail and cleaned up exceptionally well. The best experience you could ask for. Thank you all very much!
Alex and his team were awesome with installing the ventilation ducts in my unfinished basement. Prompt and on time. The installers were very polite and made sure to educate me on everything included in the job. The quote was very reasonable and Alex was very good about keeping in touch with time frames and everything else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks Aspen Aire!
I called Aspen Aire when my A/C quit working. They were very responsive getting to my house. The tech's were helpful and honest in diagnosing that my A/C needed to be replaced and Alex (salesman) worked quickly to get me a quote for replacement and get the replacement on site. very pleased with my experience and will use Aspen Aire for future HVAC work.
Mike and Eric have been great each time they've come out! They have been extremely responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and effective in helping fix the little things that have shifted with the HVAC since moving in. The ladies in the office who helped schedule the appointments have also been so helpful to find a time that's soon and works in my schedule. Would recommend.

Used this company and their competitors over the decades. Aspen Aire goes above and beyond the competition and has become my reliable go-to. The technicians are professional, the rates are reasonable, they report fast in inclimate weather, and they don't beat me up with unnecessary repairs or high pressure sales. They have serviced both my air conditioner and furnace throughout the years and it's been great. Oh, and they include E-receipts, which is nice. Casey was my tech. Would definitely recommend
Great response time, our technician, Mike, was very professional and efficient. Reasonable prices, service maintenance agreement seems like a good deal. Peace of mind knowing our furnace is ready for the winter season.
Ashton was my service provider for today's fall service and he did a wonderful job of explaining what he did and gave a tip on a care item I need to tend to. Ashton was professional, easy to talk to and very articulate. Setting the appointment was quick an easy with Rebecca in the office as well. Thanks for the great service Ashton and Rebecca. Ken.
Alex was wonderful to work with. He was able to send me quotes the same day my air conditioner went out this summer and we had a new unit installed that same week. HIGHLY recommend.
Aspen Aire is my go to place for HVAC stuff - they were who the builder used to install our furnace and AC so I tried them afterwards and their prices have always been competitive and their technicians have always been friendly/not pushy. Special shout out to Alex for researching and answering several questions I had!
When our AC stopped blowing cold air the technician came out right away and fixed the problem (failed capacitor) promptly, under warranty. Very courteous and helpful.
Aspen Aire were great from start to finish. We found out on a Monday our system went down, we had a new system installed by Thursday. The techs were respectful and friendly. Their supervisor was awesome as well. Glad we went with Aspen Aire and would highly recommend them to anyone!
The employees of this business are completely unprofessional. The company must require their employees to take their uhaul type trucks home. I called to complain because one of their employees doesn’t want to park his truck in front of his house or in his driveway so he does it around the corner & down the street. If he doesn’t want to look at why should I?!?! Now he’s gone as far as to make it almost impossible for me to get my car in & out of my driveway due to the narrowest of my street. Not a professional company at all!!!
This company is great!! Called after 9pm on a Saturday night and they were at my house on Sunday shortly after 9am. Quick AC fix and our house was cooling off!! Thank you Mike for coming out and being quick and explaining everything!!
