My central air stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called earl's and they were able to get someone to my house Saturday morning. Incredibly nice woman that answered the phone and helped me with the appointment. They showed up on Saturday morning as they said and fixed the problem. I was glad it didn't cost a small fortune since it was a Saturday. I will definitely use them in the future.
Corey was on time and very professional. Quick and efficient. If I could give more stars I would because after calling around after hours he came to my rescue!
Corey G. Saved the day for my mom and her hot water heater issue with the venting not working properly. Repaired and corrected quickly and is very polite, professionalism and provides great customer service.
Earl's is the only heating & air conditioning company I will ever use and I will be recommending them to everyone I know. If I could get more then 5 Stars I would!

Corey the technician was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. I had him inspect my air conditioner and he did a very thorough job. No pushy sales either. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. Excellent
From the moment I called the staff was great. The young lady took all my information, answered all my questions and explained to me what to expect from the technician. Drake was great and explained everything to me. I also signed up for the protection plan. I will recommend Earls to anyone who is looking for a professional team,

Diagnostic was quoted at 149$. An additional 189$ was added to complete the diagnostic. Deceptive practices. Not satisfied. Four Seasons is doing a FREE in home diagnostic and estimate. That's professional.
Told me the problem with my hvac and did not try to sell me new unit.

Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning was able to get my AC unit repaired and operational while being professional on the job. Giving 4/5 Stars due to the fact I received both email and text reminders saying the AC Tech would arrive between 12-2 pm. I called in at ~2:30 to see what was going on. and then was made aware that my appointment in there system was set for between 12-4 pm, but I was never made aware of this till I reached out to them after the timeslot I was given had fully expired. The teach arrived at 3 pm and was very professional all the way through the ac repair. Just wish the communication prior to the appointment was better.
The communication was very good, the service tech was personable and professional, however a $1300 dollar "Flat Rate" to charge an R22 system with a couple pounds of refrigerant is insane! Whatever happened to making a fair profit for a simple service call? R22 is expensive, I get that, but not $1300 expensive. I pity consumers that don't know any better....
Charged me over 300 for leak sealer that on the internet for 74 dollars, tripple the price on freon, i understand the company has to profit but charging 3 or 4 times the cost is ridiculous!

Jim was knowledgeable and personal explaining all the work he was doing. He and Drake did an excellent, professional job installing a new AC unit and furnace. Cleaned up after themselves and extremely courteous the whole time!

We had issue with our A coil freezing up. Corey came by did a thorough examination. He found that we were quite a bit low on Freon. He was very informative what he was doing and the necessary steps what it would take to fix it. I wish all repair guys and gals had the same attitude, professionalism and pride for what he does. It’s unfortunate that so many don’t these days in whatever job they r doing don’t. He is definitely a keeper to your company.
