Perry was a fine professional offering advice and explanations for the breakdown of our toilets and faucet due to very hard water. Will have a new water softener next
Jace came and performed the checkup on our air conditioning unit. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job for us.
Adam did a fantastic job! He was fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He swapped out the capacitor in a matter of minutes and had our AC working in no time. He recommended a few things to me that would probably benefit me in the future but didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend Summers to anyone needing any AC service, ask for Adam!
Summers friendly receptionist got me scheduled in under 24 hours since I didn’t have air conditioning. Which with Indy’s temperature swings, we all need, LOL, am I right!😉 Mr. Jace that came was professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. The plan Summers offers for routine maintenance for heating, air and even plumbing program was to good to pass up, what a great deal, I encourage all Summer’s customers to check it out or at least consider it if you have them come to do work for you. Joe T from Summers did an AWESOME job with a difficult plumbing repair at my home. I had a 30-year old original-to-my-home Delta shower valve that needed replaced. The tricky part... there's no access to the valve from behind the shower. Joe was able to remove the old valve and solder in a new one all through the existing 5-inch hole in my fiberglass shower wall. This is not something that your average plumber can do. Joe did it cleanly and professionally. On top of that, the repair cost was literally 50% of the quote from another local well-known competitor. Thank you, Joe!
