Called on the 5th guy quoted us the 6th and should have AC on the 7th.
Elite Heating and Air does amazing work! They were professional and on time. They are without a doubt the best in the business and their customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!
The builder used Elite and they have helped me a couple of times. I ťhink they are honest. Once I got to know them and the tech Travis, I signed up for their maintenance package.

Diagnosis was way off the mark. Was told that I would need a $1200 to 1800 $ repair or replacement of entire unit. Parts would take six weeks. Ricks Repair got it back up and going in 1.5 hrs. For less than $250.

Compressor not working with Trane unit installed Carrier unit and A frame. Installation went smoothly. Happy with results, new unit appears to be operating perfectly.

I called the company and they had someone out there less then 1 hr. I can brag about the rep that came to see. Aaron was soooo polite, down to earth and answered my millions of questions I had. This is my 1st big purchase I had to get done out of 22 years to my home. Yes, Aaron knew his stuff about every unit the company had for heating and cooling. I will definitely refer this company to friends, family and strangers that need this type of work.

Seth was my tech. He was very polite and professional. Along with my 6 month filter change and “check-up”, he also installed a new filtration system. Now, I’m not sure why this happened, but there’s always been somewhat of an annoying buzzing sound that my system had made when running. Elite has been out a couple times to make adjustments to quiet this noise. It never does it when they’ve come to help with this. Anyway, since Seth installed this filtration system, it’s not making the sound anymore. What? Don’t know what he did, but the buzz is gone. Thanks, Seth. Now I don’t have to turn the TV up to mask the buzzing sound. Thank you so much. Not only does my home smell fresher, I don’t have the buzzing sound anymore!! Worth every penny. Wish I’d added it before!
Got a quote one day and the next they were installing my new furnace and mini split.
