We called Miles when the company who originally installed our unit didn't show or call when they said they would and honestly, if was a godsend. We called Miles and the person who answered was so helpful. She called us back immediately with a time frame they would be at our house that same day. Cody and Walt arrived and immediately went to looking for the issue, which it didn't take them long to identify. They were very professional, polite and took the time to fully walk us through the issue. I would highly recommend Miles for you heating and cooling needs!!! Outstanding service!!
We just moved into the area and having bought a "more fixer than upper" knew it would need a lot of work. We 1st called to have a water heater fixed and had them quote us a new furnace and ac. The web site made it very easy to set up financing and the rates were not high like I expected. We called to set the order up and the office staff was just as friendly as the installers. Very professional and respectful of property. Everything was cleaned up better than they found it. Your place of business is very much appreciated.

I called a company in Bloomington I had used a couple of times first. They arrived the same day (2 days before Christmas when it was 5 degrees below zero) and said the repair would cost me $1750.00. I thought it was high but I needed heat so I said ok. 4 days after Christmas they still couldn't tell me if or when the parts would be in, let alone when they could repair my heat. I called Miles and they were at my house in 2 hours. They called me later that day and said the total for parts and repair would be $550.00. As promised they showed up 4 days later and made the repair for the agreed price. They are a great home town, honest business and I will not go anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs. Lost our heat at 10 pm Christmas Eve because our blower was locking up due to worn bearings. Called Miles and 2 technicians were at our house at 10:30. So thankful they came and got it running! Had a house full Christmas morning for breakfast and presents. Would definitely recommend these guys! Thanks again.

Highly recommend these guys🙌 They're amazing both professionally and personally. They even took time out to pet the cats that were supervising their work 😂

Cody and Walter did a really great job. They showed up to review the job in order to give me a quote, and then again for installation of a couple of mini-split heat pumps. Miles Heating ordered and got exactly the units I needed, Cody and Walter worked through several problems (size, placement of unit versus wall studs, etc) and did a very nice job. Both were personable and polite - not to mention hard working, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, guys
I worked with Cody & Addy and helped them with their new website. I learned about their services and then hired Miles Heating & Cooling to clean out my dryer vent and to check my Nest thermostat. Cody was on time and ready to get started immediately. He went up in my attic and checked everything out and then proceeded to clean out the dryer vent inside and from the outside. After checking it out he said it was one of the cleanest vents he had seen. Then, after showing him the email saying that my Nest thermostat kept shutting off when it shouldn't, he doublechecked the wiring and found that I had not installed all of the wires correctly. Funny because my system had been working fine and doing its job but it wasn't happy in the Nest app. I believe he fixed that issue as well and I'm sure Cody could have helped with anything else I wanted as well. Definitely hire them if you have heating, cooling, or any sort of HVAC issue, great service!
Miles Heating and Cooling is the real deal. Very knowledgeable about extending my duct work to my addition and sizing my new furnace and a/c to accommodate the extra square footage, which is what was most important to me. I highly recommend to anyone.
We unfortunately live outside of the Miles Heating and Cooling business district,but if we did live in the area we definitely would use there business for our heating and cooling needs.We have known the family for years.Very reliable, very honest,very respectable.Cody is very ambitious and caring and wants to take care of any issues that you might have with your heating and cooling needs.Highly recommend this business.
