From the initial phone call, the on site assessment of our individual situation and installation options, to the final install, there was excellent responsiveness by conscientious quality staff. We've been very happy with this company for years. In the past, they've installed a new home heat pump system and a back up conversion from oil to gas heat. Highly recommended.
Great service and great work
We purchased a home and had a lot of problems with our HVAC. The first company we called out was a bait and switch: they kept us on hold for 2 hours, then told us that the problem was worse than they thought, and would be $1000 more.
Since we first started utilising Zone Heating and Air Conditioning, they have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I fully endorse.
John was very helpful in sizing and selecting our new HVAC system, explaining everything in detail and answered all questions I had. Austin and his installation team were punctual, professional, competent, and friendly. I would definitely use them again, and I would suggest everyone get a quote from these guys before buying anywhere else!
We had a complicated problem with our hot water/heating system. Zone Heating And Air Conditioning showed outstanding dedication and knowledge in the resolution. I could not recommend them more highly.

Zone Heating And Air Conditioning is the best! I have been a customer for over 30 years and would never use any other company. Zone Heating And Air Conditioning was just at my house this morning to replace my aging heating/cooling system and my house is now delightfully cool! The installation was quick, not at all disruptive, and the price was great! You can't go wrong with this guys!
We purchased our home a couple of months ago and inquired about an AC maintenance program. The serviceman from Zone Heating And Air Conditioning came out and could not have been a bigger help. He was on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through/performed some basic maintenance and gave us some items to look for in the future. Very satisfied. Technician Jermaine fixed our heating problem quickly and expertly, explained what the problem was without any unnecessary or confusing jargon, and didn't use any predatory sales tactics. I was very impressed by both his attention to detail and his professionalism. If you need HVAC service look no further.
Schedule appointments and don’t show. Do not recommend! Call several times to check the status of a technician coming out and every time the supervisor was suppose to call me. No call, no show, no status update. Just stood up! Basically a SCAM!!
Made 2 appointments and the tech never showed up nor called for either appointments. When I called the office they told me the supervisor was going to call me and they never did. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business for anyone.
The tech never showed up and I wasted a day waiting for them. I called multiple times and was told the tech then the boss would call me but I never heard from them
We just purchased an old house and we needed to service the two furnaces, AC units and a humidifier. Zone Heating And Air Conditioning technician came out to the house and explained our systems in detail while doing a deep cleaning and adjustments. He was very competent and honest about his findings. I would definitely recommend them.
What an honest hard working decent company. Nearly every other AC company in this area has tried to basically create problems that do not exist. This company has provided maintenance and repair on several of my homes and have always done an exceptional job charging only for what was actually needed, our latest technician was great by the way.
Our A/C stopped working this afternoon and Zone Heating And Air Conditioning came out with a super quick response. Specialist checked our system for us so we are on our way back to being cool again. We are multiple time user's of this company, we greatly appreciate them and highly recommend them.
Jeremy came by and showed me exactly what was wrong with the Unit. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire them again.

I had messed up when I tried to replace my thermostat and my heating would not come one. I called Zone Heating And Air Conditioning and Jeremy came out the same day and got me squared away in no time. I will definitely hire them again.
