Carlos is an amazing good-hearted business owner. He genuinely cares about his customers. We've been with Mr freeze for almost 20 years. So glad I found them. Fast, honest, & caring. Love my new air conditioner & furnace. Bob & his daughter do amazing work. Highly recommend!
Good work at a fair price
I call them each year for a yearly tune up on my furnace and each time they come out fast, are friendly, and always relay what they did. They are my go-to.
Carlos was so helpful and showed me what he was doing. He was very friendly and caring. He made sure everything was working before he left. Thank you Carlos for everything.
Mr.Freeze is hands down the best in the business! They are attentive and polite and really make sure that anything and everything is done so that you aren't left in the cold! Any time I have an issue, I know that I can count on Mr.Freeze to get it done right.
Wonderful company - they went above & beyond - The furnace went out in the middle of the night - they were out quickly & fixed the problem. Would recommend them to everyone!

Mr. Freeze is fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Their work quality is top notch. They went above and beyond in working with me through the process of replacing my furnace. They were honest, never trying to upsell or pressure me into getting more than I needed. They explained everything clearly and followed through in a very timely manner. They have even followed up with me after to ensure everything is well. Wonderful company and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Called to get someone to look at my HVAC system. The lady asked me if I'm the tenant and I just said yes because I didn't think it mattered (I'm the owner), then she said she'd charge extra for the service call because it's a "rental". I then clarified that I'm actually the owner and the sole occupant of the house and can provide ownership documents but the lady refused to lower the service price to the orignal, and her excuse for charging extra was from things I didn't say like, "You said the tenant won't be there so it's a rental." - I wouldn't have said that because there are no tenants! I said I would be there, clarifying again that I'm the owner.
They were right on time. Work fast and know what they were doing to fix my ac problems. I will be going to them forever now and will Recommend them to an thank you caybody that needs a good repair. Thank u Carlos
Just had Ricardo and Tino from Mr. Freeze out to perform maintenance on my air conditioning unit. They were both friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Freeze.

Mr. Freeze company came out and gave us an estimate and installed New Air Conditioner, New Furnace, New Thermostat, Chimney Liner and some Vents and Ducts in our basement. His services were excellent in regards to quality, price and great customer service! When City of Hammond Inspector came out to check he said Mr. Freeze does really great work. This coming from a professional in the field made me very happy and confident in the choice I made. I would highly recommend their services!
