He also made recommendations for optimal performance for my furnace. He was on time, and he didn’t up-charge any parts required for the repair. My 27 year old AC unit suddenly stopped working. I thought it was done for. I called Scott after 7pm and in less than 2 hours he diagnosed and repaired it for a fair price. I don't handle heat and humidity well so he was a real lifesaver. For any future issues I will be calling Scott. Thank you again!

Our first experience was Scott helped us with a sudden loss of air conditioning just before the 4th of July holiday. He took the time to properly diagose and assisted us to complete all repairs fully before the holiday and subsequent heat wave. His professionalism, integrity, clear communication, and willingness to go above and beyond thoroughly impressed me. He displayed a rare combination of attributes which clearly differentiate him. He's definitely earned the role of "go to expert" in the HVAC trade. I highly recommend him. Our second experience involved Scott providing emergency assistance when the furnace blower motor decided to burn up in one of our rental homes. He was highly responsive and quickly replaced the motor with a new one saving us from much more expensive furnace replacement. His honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and value consciousness are unparalleled. Again, he and his firm earn my highest recommendation.
Scott was on time, professional and was able to deliver a high level of service that you rarely see anymore. He resolved our HVAC issue in one. Is it and his pricing was very fair as compared to the other bids we received.
Scott came out for a second quote after our heat stopped working. He was very honest and upfront. His pricing was a fraction of the first guy who told us we needed more work done than we actually needed. We also got a quote from Scott for a hvac replacement and his cost was almost half of the price as the first company. I highly recommend him and plan to work with him in the future.
I would highly reccomend them! Scott was extremely helpful and explained exactly what the problem was. He told me what needed to be done to resolve it. He was very patient and helped me understand how my system works. He also guided me with steps to keep it maintained throughout the year as well. I didn't feel like he was pushy or just trying to sell me things I didn't need. He worked with my schedule as well which can be tricky. Very professional and polite! We are getting a ton of ice today in a storm! I can already tell what a difference it is now to keep up with the weather! Thank you so much for being so efficient and timely! Scott was amazing! He answered all of my questions and explained exactly what he was doing. He went the extra mile throughout the entire process. I have dealt with quite a few HVAC guys and he was by far the best in the area. I will definitely be using him again!
Scott and Mary are very professional. They came out and gave us a quote on Wednesday and did the install on Saturday at no extra charge. We needed to have our AC unit replaced, but there was no pressure to up sell on something we did not need. On the install they did check our furnace and all is well. They did a wonderful job cleaning up, you would never know that we have our AC replaced except for the cool air! SAS is the only HVAC company that we will have do our service work! We will see them in the fall for a furnace cleaning and check!! Thank you so much!!!
Scott was awesome he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was extremely helpful and didn’t mind me watching and learning what he was doing. He genuinely cared about our household and energy use and gave tips and ideas on saving money on our electric bill and running our furnace and ac more efficiently. I highly recommend SAS heating and air conditioning!! They are affordable and professional I’m so glad someone recommended them to me!

Scott was able to repair my furnace the same day it stopped working. He has also been able to maintain my a/c units and keep them functioning long past when I thought they would last. He is always very responsive and seems to approach his recommendations as he would for himself or any friend and family member. I'm confident in his work and trust his expertise. We are so happy we found this company! The thing we appreciated the most is the time Scott took to explain things to us about our furnace. We found him to be extremely honest and did not pressure us at all into making a decision. He tells you what you need and is extremely straightforward. This is a smaller family owned company that takes extreme pride in their work. I also know that if I had an issue they would be extremely responsive and not make you feel dumb for calling. We couldn’t be happier.
They did great fixing my A/C. They came as soon as possible, very professional and great at explaining the issue. Definitely recommend this company!
