I have used Cavinder Mechanical for a new water heater, new water softener, New furnace and New Air conditioner, and now getting my shower repaired and every time they are prompt thorough and the communication is always excellent I highly recommend them!

Mike Weston was a top notch owner. His employees were very good, professional, and conscientious. I had 3 other HVAC companies in the area look at my system, and decided to walk away. Mike and his team did not walk away, but did everything that I needed to have done. Very Professional, very thorough. They are my new HVAC contractor for every job I'll need done in the future. Had them install a sump pump in the basement + create the hole for it. Price was less than desirable, but so is a basement that backs up and floods your new furnace. All in all, the quality of work was excellent, and they were generous with their time, making sure everything was right - even after the job was "done." For superior service, I would gladly pay what I did again.

Cavinder has repaired our furnace in the winter and AC in the summer- very reasonable and prompt! I recently had them connect a new washer and dryer. They went above and beyond making sure we weren't without for more than a day and even checked the next day to make sure they were working properly. Highly recommend Cavinder for all your HVAC needs!
