My outdoor unit stopped working overnight. The next morning I called Mechanical Man to schedule an appointment. In less than an hour, Marcelo was at my door. He was friendly and professional. He did a thorough assessment of my system. He then shared my options with no pressure or expectation. I appreciated the customer focused experience that I had with Marcelo. He made the difference.

Absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Very reasonable prices and professional. Doug was super helpful and gave me all my options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. No pushy sales pitch! My ac stopped working, I put in a request for a repair man over the weekend, someone called me Monday morning and someone was at my house in less than an hour and fixed my unit. Will definitely use again!
Elijah is a good worker. He is focused and eager to learn. He’s observant, thinking ahead and so doesn’t need to be told everything to do. He sees what needs to be done and is right in step or even a step ahead of the journeyman. His attitude is pleasant and respectful.
They did plumbing work and I was very pleased. Good work at a reasonable price. Very pleased
We called a different heating service yesterday because the pilot light had gone out on our furnace and wouldn't stay lit, plus we could smell gas. They were supposed to send someone to our house today, but their main worker was home sick and couldn't make it. The owner referred us to The Mechanical Man, so I called them today, about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. They had someone out here within two hours and he took care of the problem! Now we'll be able to sleep tonight. Happy customers!
Had a leak at the horn of my main water line in the basement. Alec came out and was very informative about the situation on the matter. He was able to reseal the pipes in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this place if you have any plumbing issues. Thank you Alec!

So I gave it 3 stars, but you decide. Pros: Holly, receptionist, was very friendly and helpful and listened/responded to my concerns very professionally. The fellow that showed up was very friendly and seem professional enough (knowledge was sketchy) but I didn’t have them do the work, so can’t ascertain. Reason: 5 options to replace well pressure tank that was very easy to access in open basement. LOWEST price was $1600 Once I got back up off the floor I declined the estimate. Went and bought tank, a piece of pvc and a fitting. $150 and 28 minutes of labor and the tank was changed and working good. I am not a plumber but this was a very easy job. Everyone has the right to make money but……. So you decide……….
While work is yet to actually begin, this team responded with confidence through diagnosis and drawing up a plan that has scared off others.
Did electrical work for me and was professional and courteous.
Had my dishwasher installed through Lowe's. I was absolutely a hack job. Mechanical Man fixed the electric connection and the plumbing the proper way. They provided before and after pictures. Great job. I would use them again.

Ray from Mechanical Man came with a man(forgot his name)he was training. Both men were very polite & helpful, answering all the questions I had. They were here to repair a kitchen faucet, and replace an older commode. They knew what they were doing; and, explained what needed t o be done, along with the options at our disposal. This was our 1st time w/Mechanical, and we will use them again. Thanks Ray and Marcelo!
