I had my air conditioner stop working and I called it in and within an hour Kyle from Bill’s was out and got me going. Awesome service!! And Kyle is really good, polite, and knowledgeable.
AC condenser went out July 4th evening and a day later it was fixed. Great technician and fast diagnosis and repair. Very appreciative 10/10 would recommend.
Derek the service technician was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that was going on and what he was doing. I Highly recommend Bill’s heating and cooling.
Called them at 8:30am and they had someone here by 9:45. Had my A/C fixed and blowing cold air in about 30 minutes.
well they managed to get my ac opperating properly there trip fee was a little high condidering i had work done 1 hour cost me 410 dollars and 70 cents the work was good though .Just wish they couldve waved the trip fee since i spent like 210 in 410 a. and an hours labor

Service was excellent. Called in the morning and they sent someone out that afternoon and got everything fixed up quick and for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!
We were fit into the schedule the very next day The technician was friendly, down to earth and very knowledgable. He explained every step of the process in detail as he worked. He also had us up and running with new parts installed & refrigerant recharged in less than 2 hours. This included a good cleaning of the unit and coils. I would suggest Bill's Heating to anyone needing A/C service!

Had a leak in our bathroom that would not stop leaking after turning the main water line off. Called the 24 hour phone number (after business hours) and they got someone out here in 30 minutes (11pm). Fixed it in Bout 15-20 minutes. It would’ve been running throughout the night if we hadn’t gotten someone here. Beyond thankful for Bill’s and their staff. People are always first class and willing to help. This is our 4th time having business with them and we will always call them when we have trouble with the house. Thank you all!

Service tech was prompt and very courteous. Checked out the A/C had to add a little coolant. He explained what he had done and thanked us.

Been using Bill's for 37 years since house was built. Still have same furnace and a/c units. Have them serviced every year. Service techs are always friendly and professional. We will probably look into replacing units soon because of their age. Definitely will use Bill's. Highly recommend.
Called on Monday and Bill's was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. When service was scheduled they advised what the process would be and provided information on the costs for their services up front. The technician arrived on time providing prompt service and explained exactly what services were performed.
Technician Derek was fantastic. He replaced the motor in my outdoor AC unit and went above and beyond to remove the original fan blades to avoid needing to order a new one, meaning my repair was completed same day. The competitor said it couldn't be removed. Also, Bill's came in at half the cost quoted by the other guys. Thank you Derek and Bill's!
