Woke up to our ac not working. One phone call and a few hours later a person came out and found a simple problem to fix. Marshall Mechanical is the only place we’ll use for our HVAC needs
In our busy world, it is hard to find the time to screen a great tradesman. Allow me to share with you why I enjoy working with Nick at Marshall Mechanical: Integrity: Nick is a man of his word. What he says is what he means, and he follows through on his commitments. This includes providing accurate price quotes and sticking to them. If he promises a 7am start time, you can count on him to be here on time. All-Out Client Service: When I wanted a Mitsubishi heat pump installed in my Island Cottage, Nick went above and beyond. He took the initiative to get himself certified (even though he didn't have to) so that I could benefit from the additional warranty for the unit. Respectful and Considerate: Throughout the entire process, Nick has shown great respect and consideration. He involves me in every decision, no matter how minute, such as the placement of the handheld control. He always takes off his shoes, despite coming in and out of the house numerous times. Willingness to Learn: Nick is eager to expand his knowledge. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he takes the initiative to learn it for himself and find out for me. He ensures that I have all the information I need to feel secure about the decisions being made. Respectful Assistant: Nick's assistant shares his respectful demeanor. It is a reflection of the kind of people he attracts because of who he is. Fair Pricing: Nick's prices are more than fair. After receiving quotes from four other people, I found that he was the most professional, offered the best price, and responded quickly to my inquiries. Fast and Efficient Work: Nick and his team work swiftly and efficiently. They completed the job in no time and paid great attention to detail. In conclusion, I am confident that Marshall Mechanical will be my go-to refrigeration/air-conditioning company in the future. Thank you, Nick, for your excellent service!
This is my first experience with Marshall Mechanical. Mike the technician was excellent as he explained the issue and promptly had us back up and running.
Another HVAC company had told us our unit was leaking and pressure was bad. That technician said our AC needed replaced. We contacted Marshall Mechanical for a quote for new air conditioning unit. Joe was very professional and gave us all the details of his quote. After discussing the replacement options, we decided to have a technician from Marshall come run a diagnostic test to verify what the other company reported. Jesse came and after 5 minutes said our AC was working as it should be. No replacement was needed. We so appreciate that Jesse was honest with us. We decided to join Marshall’s Service Cub for our future HVAC needs.

I personally recommend this company (Marshall Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company ) to anyone that requires heating, cooling, or duct work services. The owner Erik, runs a wonderful company with quality and pride. The professional technicians Tommy and James, are highly qualified, considerate, and exceptionally nice during the entire process. They came out and found a major gas leak with the furnace. After the diagnosis they helped shut off the gas. They came back swiftly and fixed what was causing the gas to leak. They cleaned after the installation and were informative during the entire process. If you need any of the services that this company provides you will be grateful that you chose them to do the work for you. You will not be disappointed in the service and quality they provide. Our furnace stopped working and a neighbor suggested we call Marshall Mechanical. We called around 3pm and a technician was out by 5 pm. He diagnosed and corrected the issue within a couple hours. He was professional and went over different options and their price points. There is definitely a personal touch that is often only found in a locally owned business. They have made a return customer out of us!

Great service! Jesse was our tech and super helpful in explaining our problem with air conditioning unit. He was able to address and fix some older issues too from HVAC techs in the past. Definitely above and beyond our expectations!!

I’ve used this company many times. EVERY SINGLE TIME everyone has been professional, very nice, and on time. Jesse continued all this with my recent visit. I called after 6:00pm and they were out early the next morning. Jesse did all the troubleshooting on the hardware and quickly found the problem. A little less than an hour and I was back up and running.
Very professional and efficient service. Questions and concerns were answered in terms I understood. This company and its employees have serviced my HVAC needs for many years and I have never been disappointed. Todays Annual AC Service was no exception. Service performed well by a knowledgeable, professional and courteous technician. It is comforting to know my HVAC equipment is getting excellent care.
Our AC was running continuously and filter needed changed, which I could not access due to health issues so had a filter chance and a check of the AC to make sure all is good. Jesse was very sweet and explained everything to me. They were also efficient with time and made sure everything was good before they left.
