I am super impressed with Dugan air. After another company told me they couldn't get to me until Wednesday, Dugan sent someone out first thing Monday morning. Joey found the problem and got it fixed right away. Thank you for getting us cool again!

I highly recommend the service plan and they have kept my system heating and cooling running in great shape for years.

Aaron came earlier than expected, found the initial problem quickly and showed me what needs to be done to keep this ancient A/C unit, of 18 years (whispering so the other household appliances will not hear and think they are being ignored!) Evan had to play rodent remover ugh! Thank you Aaron.
Good service... Get the service contract to save money and keep your system running at peak efficiency! My service call was included with my Service Agreement on this latest issue so it saved me money and the Techs now have history data on my system. I recommend Dugan HVAC as a home owner looking for quality, on time, cost-effective service. Kevin, Max, and Joey have all been good to have show up at my house.

Purchase full Furnace/AC from Dugan in 2022. Have continued with the maintenance plan. They are always on time and courteous/professional.
After the 1st company I called failed to show up after I took a full day off work, I called Dugan and they came out on time the next morning fixed my system and got me running again. Couldn't be happier with their entire team.
Found Dugan on FB via a spring a/c tuneup for $57.00, scheduled the appt and must say I got a call and txt (along with a picture of the Tech Joe Taylor that was coming which I thought was really cool. Joe was a very professional and nice young man. He found a few things bad and explained it all in detail, fix them on the spot at a very fair price. Would not hesitate calling them again for any heating and cooling issues, they area 100% top notch Company
