Friendly, relatable, and on time. From my experience with other HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services, their efficiency is better and the markup on parts is much more fair. Highly recommend.

For 40 yrs. I've always call Borchelt & Sons when I have plumbing, heating or A/C problems - this year it was for a new outdoor spigot to be installed. They were able to come out within a couple days to give me an estimate, then scheduled the work to be done in a couple more days. They always text to confirm the appointments, text again when they are on their way, and arrive on time. I've never been unhappy with the work that was done, and I would very much recommend this company to family or friends. (my outdoor spigot is perfect - and cost less than the quote! - and I can now keep my veggie garden growing thru the hot summer days).

We had a great experience having Borchelt & Sons install central air-conditioning in our home. Evan coordinated his courteous team to complete the project efficiently and expertly. He answered all our questions and explained the function of the system. Evan also provided basic maintenance information. Based on the level of service we have experienced in the past, from Borchelt & Sons, we feel we made the right choice hiring them to complete this project. We feel confident in recommending Borchelts & Sons, based on past experience.

Tub install: Glad I hired these guys...They found the old PTrap to tub drain was gone, corroded, and had hole in it...If I done it myself I wouldnt've seen or known that.These guys are professional and know what their doing
The gentlemen arrived early and before I arrived he had resolved the problem with my tankless water heater. Brilliant!
3 stars because they were not able to unclog the drain, and because I specifically mentioned to the woman taking calls that I would need a camera to see what the clog in my drain was, but they don't have a camera. The actual service guy was great. On time, listened as I told him what the problem was, and didn't try to do unnecessary work. He unfortunately doesn't have a camera so couldn't fix the clogged drain. My review is mixed as I would use them again, just not for difficult plumbing jobs. My main feed back would be to train the person answering the phone on what types of service your company can actually do regarding plumbing. It would have been nice if she would have told me you guys don't have camera equipment. I could have just called a different plumber.
Mike Zent and his partner Conner were very courteous, and efficient. More than that, they were very honest w/me about the work that needed to be done. I felt very assured in their expertise and thoughtfulness in advising me. Thank you very much. All of these things are greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again and refer them and Borschelt and Sons to friends and family .
