My appointment was moved up to an earlier time, and they were here right on time for Spring Maintenance. Took care of my AC, but did not have the correct size filter. They were going to drop one off later, but he actually returned in half an hour and put the new filter in for me. So far, I have been very happy with this business. Bought my HVAC from them and have used them for a plumbing issue.
Austin was fantastic. We called about 4 companies in the area and sheets was the only company open during the Holidays. We would highly suggest recommend Sheets.
After numerous phone calls to about every company I could find, these people were the only ones who were able yo make it out. The motor in my blower died and I have a kid who is in isolation with Covid as well as 3 dogs so going someplace was not going to be easy. The temperature was in the negatives without the 50 mph wind chill. Jeremy who came to the house was absolutely awesome considering the day, weather and time. Even got a place to open up to acquire a motor for my blower that was not common. Yes, I paid dearly but considering the circumstance I would do it over again. Soon I plan to replace the entire unit and I will definitely call them first to get estimates. I want to say thank you to everyone who helped today (especially Jeremy) and we are going to be able to be home for the holiday.
Central Air installed a new furnace and Air unit. Fair honest pricing and technician did excellent work. Highly recommend.

My service tech Jeremy was awesome. Super nice person, very professional with a ton of knowledge. He educated me on a few different things on how the air conditioning system works. I truly appreciate it all of the insight you gave me. I highly recommend this company of your air conditioning or heating system needs. They are the only company that I trust.

The cost to repair the ignitor was $268 which is quite a bit compared to what you can buy ignitor for. Had to pay $79 to find the problem plus cost of ignitor.
Sheets is the only company I will use for my AC, Heating, and Plumbing needs! They are so incredibly helpful and thorough and I always have confidence when they complete a job. Being a first time homeowner, I know they’re being honest and are always patient when I have endless questions. I can’t recommend them enough!

They were very professional and quick to come out and install a new furnace. Austin did a great job in the initial visit going into more depth about my unit and what options were out there to replace it with. They didn't try upselling and gave me all the info to make my own decision. Highly recommend and their prices are very reasonable.
I have used sheets for many years. They installed my heat pump and have done repairs to it. They do biannual maintenance to keep everything running well. They are friendly, professional and efficient.

The technician, Barney, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining things and had my new hot water heater hooked up quickly.

I had a minor plumbing issue, a pipe broke. Called Sheets & they were able to send a professional plumber out promptly. Problem repaired in less than 90 min.
