Wanted to thank the nice folks at Sheets Central Air for another great spring inspection of my house ac system - Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. Also, wanted to thank the nice office folks, Paig, Anita and Jamie. Wanted to add a follow up - the weather was unseasonable chilly last Friday, so Tyler came back today to check the level of the R22 refrigerant – and did add additional R22 – But for me, it impressive to see a company and employee care about their customers as Sheets Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. Great to do business with a locally owned company with great employees like Tyler.
I received quotes from probably 8-10 highly rated and reviewed businesses in Fort Wayne and these guys were absolutely the best deal and it wasn’t even close. They gave me a quote for a two stage furnace (others were offering a one stage) and a AC unit for less than what the competition quoted me for a single stage furnace and ac unit. They also gave me a 4 year 0% financing while the other companies were trying to push me into a 10 year 10-13% interest rate. These guys were top notch, not pushy, and all around super easy to deal with. Always get multiple quotes but make sure these guys are one of the quotes you get because I’m confident they’ll give you a way better deal.
We called Sheets late one night due to an issue with our furnace pushing cold air instead of hot. Austin H arrived a short time later and diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and professional, even at this late hour. He took the time to work on the issue, explain it thoroughly and not try to rush his way out. A few months later, we had another issue with our furnace so we called Sheets again. Austin C arrived and fixed the problem a short time later. Again, he took the time to investigate, diagnose and repair the issue. He was friendly and professional answering all questions I had about the furnace and hot water heater. I began thinking about replacing them both. Jeremy was sent out to quote the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner. He presented my wife and I with several options to think about. He took time to explain what all the options were and how they would operate in our home. The next day I called back to add the hot water heater. We weighed our options and scheduled installation. Austin C, Gabe Mason and Tyler arrived just after 8:00 on installation day and I do not believe they stopped until they were finished into the evening. It was a large job and they completed it beautifully. After completion, they walked me through the new system and options. All three were very professional, friendly and a joy to have around. We are extremely happy with the choice to go with Sheets Central-Air and see this as "our guy" for anything relating to heating, cooling and plumbing. Thank you Sheets for a wonderful relationship.

I've been using Sheets for the last three years when I was less than impressed with Summers. They've been incredibly responsive and professional. We have their yearly maintenance agreement and it's a great value and we know if anything goes wrong they will get me taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs maintenance, repair, or service.
From the beginning, we were so pleased with the level of professionalism, as well as the thorough assessment when they were bidding the job. We were given a very fair bid, and our nice new system was installed yesterday. They worked a long hard day to get the project done, and then took the time to explain our new system and asked if we had any questions. They even pointed out that our water heater was backdrafting, which I possibly would have never discovered. I highly recommend Sheets; in fact, I will probably utilize their other services, as well. Got right out and fixed the problem
Can’t say enough good things about this company! They spent several days in our creepy attic replacing a 30+ year old A/C unit and installing some new returns. Other companies wouldn’t even take the job, but they took it on without hesitation - no complaints and nothing but professionalism. Team working on the install was great from start to finish - and I love how they text you a pic of the technician when they’re on their way so you know who to expect. Great experience, and I highly recommend this company!
I am blown away by Sheets and their professionalism and their commitment to caring for their customers. We had several companies come out, and I instantly had a good feeling about Sheets when I welcomed them into my home for the estimate. During the installation, they even went out of their way to fix some piping that was causing carbon monoxide leaks into my basement. With a 3 year old and a baby coming shortly I was incredibly thankful for them doing that free of charge. I cannot recommend Sheets enough!
Great Service all the way around. Initial consultation with a knowledgeable and courteous rep which convinced me to have the installation done by them. Prompt service and hard working installers showed up the next day. Very satisfied with the level of service and the staff of professionals.

I love this place, my parents had been with them since 2002, when they passed I stayed with them because they new the unit and the house, I just had to call them they day before veterans day because my furnace stopped working, Austin was here on Veterans day and fixed it. The best service company around in my book.
Tony was awesome! We had a horrible plumbing issue in our house which caused the sump pump to constantly drain dirty water into our backyard. Sheet's came to the rescue with prompt service and outstanding work. Thank you so much! Many referrals will be coming your way!

On the July 4th HOLIDAY weekend we had AC problem in 90' Heat! Sheets communication was superb, two different times staff were timely and well prepared. Work was completed as needed. Great transaction for some solid work that was done correctly. If needed we will be back.
I'm very impressed with my whole experience with this company. Brian sold me my air conditioning unit. Seems very upfront and honest. Greg Conrad installed my unit and was prompt showing up and done before the estimated time he predicted. Greg also showed me a faulty trap on my furnace. He replaced it that day as well. This was never mentioned by the other company I had.

I've used two different companies for my yearly upkeep for my HVAC and this was the first time a technician actually showed me and did the work needed! Never going back to the other companies!!!!
