Nathan (531) was very thorough with the maintenance of our complete HVAC and took time to make suggestions and recommendations.
I had a new ac , furnace and water heater installed. Steve and Jaren did an amazing job . I had a very old boiler heat . They went above and beyond making everything look nice and clean. They were on time , communicated well regarding the project and were very knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about the service . Thank you guys!
The service technician, Andrew, was very thorough with his inspection and service of our 13 year old central air conditioner. He took the time to show me where the system was showing signs of wear, and explaining what he would recommend to maintain the unit and maximize its remaining term. The sales consultant, Shaun, was very helpful in explaining the service options, maintenance contracts, and eventual replacement options. Both Andrew and Shaun were professional and pleasant to work with.
Betty P. of Rolf Griffin did an exceptional job cleaning our two air conditioning units at the office and made sure everything was running properly. Very professional.

Nathan (531) the service technician was extremely professional and helpful! There are still some issues pending with previous installments but the service call was convenient and prompt.
We had Andrew Arambula to our house on 6-26-23 for air conditioner not working. He was professional and courteous and got everything back up and running for us. Really appreciated all of his help. Great people to do business with.

Nathan came over for service appointment. Everything was smooth. We were very happy with his customer service and demeanor! Just had him over for routine maintenance.
We needed a new water heater. Of course, we knew that we wanted Rolf Griffin to do the job. Our service plumber was Grant Hall. He called to see if we would be available for an earlier appointment time which was super! The installation was smooth & efficient. Upon completion, he checked to make sure everything was running smoothly. We would definitely recommend this company & this tech.
Had an AC issue and Adam T. with Rolf Griffin, thankfully he responded the same day and got right to work solving the issue. Very professional and clearly knew his work well. Answered all my questions while he was working and explained the issues in detail that made sense to me. Always good to learn from the professionals. Had us fixed up in an hour. Also explained the service plan options which we’ve used since we built our house 4 years ago. They service our equipment twice a year and it has caught a few issues before they became bigger problems. Also saves you money on the service calls too. Definitely recommend that option. Make sure you ask for Adam.
Nick, and later Adam, came to inspect and service my air conditioning system for the season. Both were professional, clearly competent in this task, answered questions clearly, and shared what they had done in the process.
Scheduled my A/C tune up, got on the service schedule quicker than I expected. Andrew A #579 arrived on time and was extremely helpful and courteous, at the end of the service he asked me if I had any questions or concerns or needed anything explained. Very happy with the whole process beginning to end definitely would recommend and will continue to work with Rolf Griffin svc.

Adam came to our home for a problem that a competitor was not able to diagnose nor fix. He was a breath of fresh air. He was professional and respectful of my home and also very knowledgeable about the company, their products and how to diagnose and repair.
Evan and Doug came out to clear a tub drain for me and they were amazing! Professional, explained everything, and were quick to get it taken care of. They were even conscious of not letting my cats out. FIve stars and I'll definitely use again!
Nick Vandersloot was a great experience for me as my HVAC TECH. He took time to explain a broken connector and even showed the part to me. Felt very comfortable working with him.
